99 Cooking and Fletching, with a twist!
Getting gold isn't hard. Some get lucky (good barrows runes, monster drops, and lucky stake wins), while others do skills they have a high level in. And yes, some rather scummy people do buy gold. 5 million isn't hard to get? i've been playing for 6 months, most money i've ever had was 800 something thousand. and i'm good with my money, hardly ever blow it.

What is your number one pet peeve in Runescape?
so when exactly does this happen????????? When you manage to get under the monster that takes up more than 1 square, you and the monster do this akward dance involving some twists and walking backwards and when you're fighting the kq or something that strong, every prayer point counts. actually, it can happen with anything, but multiple square monsters have it happen the most. my thing that i hate is when you're running, when you click to go forward while you're still moving, a lot of the time it makes you stop, turn around, walk the other way, then goes the way you were going. affects me a lot doing skills that you have to run to the bank for.

Some interesting statistics
:-s killing goblins, cutting trees, killing cows, doing those extremely idiotic quests that take 2 minutes.... listening to tutors.... plenty of things to do. i made a new f2p account the other day and it still hasn't left lumbridge, there's plenty to do.
-
Some interesting statistics
There the same thing. Wow I'm the first person to report this.. :-s  no they're not the same thing. c'mon this is 3rd grade math. i swear if you went on are you smarter than a 5th grader you would lose... all of america would lose....

Some interesting statistics

[Race to 99 WC] [22 Racers]
*sigh* i really can't focus in rs... i can nolife but i can't focus on a skill. -.- anyway i'm back from playing tales of symphonia for 4 days, and beating it. even though i got 50 hours of play time. in 4 days. anyway i'm gonna do some serious wcing now, the only break i'm gonna take is for piman's party. at BA i can probably get to 90 in 10 days.... 99 in 20. but we'll see.

Some interesting statistics
i'm surprised at how high the lumbridge average was. how many people did you count in? unless it was a low number and you got one high level, that's pretty surprising.

Some interesting statistics
uhhh, ok. there was a thread discussing random rs facts, if someone could post it for him that would be good. i don't have the patience to find it.

99 Cooking and Fletching, with a twist!
Uh I think fletching is the skill that you stand in one spot the most for...you don't have to move AT ALL while getting xp More times than none the banker in Rogues Den is diagonally one square from the fire, no moving. You don't get the same fish per spot, or same logs per tree. And you have to share your training spots if you picked an efficient one. I was also referring to the fastest ways to gain experience. and you have to share the demand for your supplies in cooking and fletching and compete to sell your finished products. in essence, that and cometeing for training spots are really the same. and while the number of fish per spoot or logs per tree might not be the same, the xp hardly ever changes.

What is more used? natures or laws?
  so when did fletching "come"? anyway, they're about the same. go to cammy, there's always someone teleing, go to edgeville there's usually someone alching, and in catherby.

Where can you be found?
 that was the first quest i did as a non member... anyway i'm usually in the fallador to seer's area, always in w99 unless it's full. i might be at B A in a couple of days though, hate having to look for a good place to wc.

f2p bank space guide v. 1.1 pictures coming soon
i'm making a new f2p account so i'll have some pictures soon. it might be a pure though, and it'll be a while to get the stuff for a normal f2p bank (i.e. rune pick and wc axe etc.) since i don't drop trade (against the rules).

¢¢â¬¡©F2P Pures!¢¢â¬¡©
3/10 it sounds like the only pure you have made is a magic pure. first off, the only guide that was halfway decent was the magic one, simply take out the other two, and change the title to magic f2p pure. second, you suggested drop trading, even mentioning it is breaking jagex rules because you are encouraging others to break the rules. unless you said to not drop trade. so yeah, make it an f2p mage pure guide and include ways to make money, plus don't bold the magic pure part.

Guide to a God Mage Pure [#]
2/10 try less caps. and those numbers seem pulled out of the blue. the grammar makes reading it pretty confusing too. the startegy for pking is pretty basic, it's really not helpful for beating kolodion either. the picture is pretty worthless too, you could've just said run and plus rangers can be beaten by mages easily.

Ancients
yes, why does the glory only tele you to f2p places? maybe intended for f2p but then they said they suck they don't pay so no updates. but then they sucked and didn't change the places you tele to.

99 Cooking and Fletching, with a twist!
No they are not the same thing. With Fishing and Woodcutting, the experience doesn't remain constant. You randomly get fish and logs, the spots move, and the trees disappear. I would rather get 99 Fishing, then Cooking with the fish I fished. I would lose no money and I would killed two birds with one stone. that's only with high level objects which aren't even good to train on. oaks and willows are tghe best wc xp in the game, i'm always getting an oak every 2 chops right now. that's consistent. the things that aren't consistent are horrible to train on. in fishing, sharks are fished at a horrible rate, and inconsistantly, and surprise, they are the worst xp. meanwhile salmon and trout you fish at a steady rate and are the best xp in the game for fishing.

Ancients
you misspelled thoughts  and you aquire the ancients spellbook in the eastern part of runescape so it makes sense.

99 Cooking and Fletching, with a twist!
these people that are saying that cooking 99's are easy because you just watch an animation aren't making any sense. what do you do in woodcutting and fishing? click on something and watch an animation. cooking and fletching? same thing. in essence, you're saying that the only hard 99s are runecrafting and combat. combat 99s are incredibly easy to get, even without pc. runecrafting though, even if you got like 50 xp per rune, would still be hard. runecrafting is thew only one that really takes any amount of skill, abyss rcing isn't that easy. however, all 99s take dedication and a long attention span, so they all deserve praise.

Our Drop System?
  the slots on slot machines are wheels, but a computer determines what they will end up on before you even spin. i'm pretty sure that's how it works with monsters too, the drop is determined as the monster spawns. the only way to confirm it is to ask jagex though. too bad you can't post your messages, as anyone could make up an answer.... I would have thought the drop was decided on the death of the monster, doing it on spawning would just be a waste of memory. oh sorry, i was just comparing to a slot machine but didn't state the difference. yes, it is decided on the death of the monster, if you think about the RoW you would figure it out. it affects that person's chances of a rare drop, so it can't decide the drop beforehand. but a slot machine decides what the slots will land on before the lever is pulled, that's the only difference between the two really.

Uhm...Erm...?
do you need to chop a tree for that? look to the left of the bottom of your menu. report abuse button

What would be the most useless item to have irl?
phat would be worthless, i could go to burger king on my birthday for one. chicken sandwich ftw. note: i meant for the win.
-
Uhm...Erm...?
:-s of course more powerful items CAN be put in, but that would ruin the combat system. anything more powerful than torag's armor and a whip would be way too much, as people in those are practically invincible in castle wars. unless they made some more powerful armor that you can't use against players, that would allow more powerful monsters to be put in, like addy and rune dragons.
