Should get 76-78 Hunter (not sure on level) and start hunting Carrion Jadinkos. They're about 130-140k per hour. Do that until 80, then start hunting Draconic Jadinkos, which are about 180k-250k per hour. Hunt those until your desired level.

He doesn't have a yak, so I doubt it's worth all that extra time spent picking up ashes and running to bank every 10 minutes. So it's best for him to just urn them.

I believe his binds are somewhat fine, seeing as his attack level is 20 levels lower than his strength. Only thing that needs fixing is getting laws instead of arrows until CSB (assuming he can use it).
