Dags are very weak too, so you only have to SS every few minutes or so. Don't have to pray SS 24/7. EDIT: Bursting would work fine too.

Ganos were also ~450k/hour, but with the recent changes I'm not so sure they're viable anymore.

Nah, that isn't necessary. I didn't have Hati paws or Sköll boots before killing them, yet they both dropped said items fully charged.

The paws/boots aren't guaranteed every kill. Try destroying the paws you got (with no charge) and kill Hati again and see if he drops them.

I've decided to kill Ganos on days when I'm working, and slay when I'm off in order to speed things up a bit. I would camp on off days as well, but it's just too boring to do for a long time, so 3-4hrs after I get off work is more than enough for me.
