  1. For the most part this provides a good general idea of how to slay. Mstrmonopoly's guide in the general guides is more useful imo. This AMJ's guide is very, very out-of-date. MstrMonopoly's guide is very good.
  2. I was keeping soul split on the whole time. :-k I'll have to try it again.
  3. They don't have a mage attack. You could pray melee or ranged, but if you have soul split it's unnecessary. Use a rapier. EDIT: You don't have soul split. Right. You'll have to bring food and an EEE. I would say forgo the yak and just use a unicorn.
  4. You can definitely do a whole task in one trip. You'll need a DFS and barrows/bandos. This is one of a tiny handful of places where a CLS > rapier, and apparently maul > CLS/rapier, but I haven't been able to use a maul there without dying. :P
  5. This. Getting a rapier is absolutely worth it if you're going to do any combat beyond 99 slayer. Imbued rings are a little more grey, but if you do a lot of MHing or you're slaying far beyond 99, I think they're worth it (I don't regret getting mine).
  6. Is that supposed to be Tripsis lost for words because I'm so goddamn awesome? I knew it. *Puts glasses on and walks away.*
  7. I can vouch for this. I ate them all. When are you coming down to Riverside in a nomadic journey for self-enlightenment? When I'm bribed with massive amounts of skittles. The prospect of meeting me isn't bribe enough? :shades:
  8. Change your sig, it still says DungeonSweep ;) and grats on the hood, I didn't know you got one!
  9. So, because faulty coding allowed these spells to be used in ways they were never supposed to be used, and because it has always been this way, the code should remain broken? Keeping the broken code simply because it's always been broken is not reason enough not to change it. This was clearly detrimental for PVP. Only an idiot would fail to see that.
  10. This. I have nearly 6k spec recovers and I doubt I'll ever run out. I think 2-3k is a reasonable number.
  11. I disagree because if you ask me, Jagex needs a more creative solution to combat imbalances than to just bust out the ole' nerf bat and go crazy. By nerfing new and creative tactics, they back themselves into a corner, and you end up with people just standing around in edge just waiting to be rushed. What Jagex needs to do to fix its problems is create a counter. Maybe, make a spell that disables assist for ten minutes, or make a spell that can "steal" the assists that another player is recieving. There could be a shield that reduces the damage of vengance but gives a combat penalty on the wearer, or some bolts that cause another player to potentially lose some spec/health when that target is venged or spec transferred or health transferred. I think that overall, expansions to the PvP combat system are better than nerfs. How in the world was this a nerf? In what reality is a multi-combat spell supposed to work in single-combat? If you can prove that these MULTI-COMBAT (AS IN MEANT ONLY FOR MULTI-COMBAT) spells were always supposed to work in single-combat (keyword: supposed), you'll have every right to call this a 'nerf,' but until then you just sound like a moron.
  12. I got 95 herblore and 84 firemaking, and I'm going to try some thieving now. Chances are I'll quit after a single round of pyramid plunder and just dungeoneer.
  13. I really don't understand how people could disagree with this tweak. "YO JAMFLEX, I NO THESE SPELLS WERE ONLY SPOSED TO BE FOR MULTICOMBAT AND IMA LET YOU FINISH, BUT U GUYZ IS STUPID FOR MAKING THESE SPELLS WORK HOW THEY SPOSED TO WORK, YAH MEAN?!"
  14. Easily my favorite thing to do in Runescape. There are things I'd like to see changed or implemented, but I love it nonetheless. I honestly believe that the only people who hate dungeoneering are the people who either don't understand how to do it or have never experience a competent team. And you know where to go if you want to change that. ;) (Read: you want to click on my the link in my signature).
  15. Full slayer helm fury fire cape bandos chestplate bandos tassets barrows gloves dragon boots berserker ring (i) chaotic rapier dragon defender + karil's top/bottom and chaotic maul for waterfiends, and possibly CLS + DFS for wyverns. EDIT: Damn it, forgot claws. VVVVV
  16. Due to its geography, California is pretty safe from tsunamis. :P And I'm like 45 minutes inland anyway.
  17. That concludes my bonus weekend. Took about an hour. Might go thieving or something, I dunno.
  18. I don't see how having 50m dungeoneering exp affects your dps and overall usefulness. Bind a hood, prom/primal 2h, a platebody/celestial staff, and a surgebox.
  19. I can vouch for this. I ate them all. When are you coming down to Riverside in a nomadic journey for self-enlightenment?
  20. Hey, Obtaurian here. I'm currently treading water somewhere in San Diego. I found one of those blow-up floaty things and a laptop. The tsunami wasn't too scary. I even learned to surf! Unfortunately I lost my board, and now I'm bored. BRB getting 95 herblore.
  21. if anyone is curious, STORY TIME starts on page 74. It was weird reading it. probably gonna get nearly 96 herblore today
  22. We have a new keyer - Nintendo2024. =D>

Feigning sarcasm to your hide your stupidity? Okay.

I don't understand how people don't get it. :wall:
