Well, a lot of things between members and f2p are different and f2pers are asking for a lot of things now. So I figured, why not bridge? I was thinking that since macros last 1 month, and most f2p's play for about 6 months plus, why not have a "respected member" position? FAQ to explain Q: What does that mean? A: After 6 months without black marks, or 12 months, an f2p player gets upgraded to "respected member". This members ship gives 2 pages of bank space, avaiblity to a larger world extending into the member world, and are able to do some member things. Q: Then noone would go p2p! A: f2p is still f2p, the respected member would not get member skills, or be able to access a majority of the member world. They also could possibly have their own server. Q: Then f2p would ask for more things right? A: No, I doubt f2p would ask for much more. Sure some people would ask for things, but epople are always wanting more, get used to it. Q: What requirements would there be? A: A total level over 400, have been playing 6 months without black marks, or has been playing for 12 months or more, has not recieved blackmarks within the past 3 months. Ask more questions and I'll add them to the FAQ, also discuss the idea. I think it would solve many problems.

I would love skillcapes in f2p, that's all I've ever asked for next to bank space. Those are the only 2 things f2p needs. Yes, skillcapes would possibly go to macros, but who cares? you really think their gonna go out and buy a skill cape? "Hey guys! I got a skill cape! I'm a macro! Oh pwnt!" Macros make account, cut wood, sell, get banned, they dont do anything else. And yeah some f2p would ask for more stuff, and possibly a majority.

The congress is pushing to tax for ingame items. So when you trade your Dragon Shield, a percent of that you will have to pay for in real cash, f2p or not. This is aimed at mainly console games, but many other computer games will feel the impact. Now when your playing counter strike, you will be taxed when you buy weapons at the start of a match, and while playing other games when you pick up a weapon you will have to pay real money for that to. There are many theories that surround this day, some say it was a government conspiracy, some say a terrorist attack. Where do you stand? I got my wish, 1 week later they left his clan to serve under me. I created a clan known as "Rune United Army" or RUA (this clan would later go into a gigantic civil war). Our uniform contained a purple cape, full priest, and silver gloves. Immediatley we began recruting and I began scheming. Within a week we had 20 members, and I was now setting my new goals...world domination. The plan was simple, grow in size, and move into the wild in only 1 specific world. The first stage of the plan was recruting, and we did this for about 2 months until we reached around 200 members (it was a lot, yes). I then set the plan in motion, we moved out to start a supply route in which runners would bring food and weapons to and from our main force. I biult the place up by divisions and armies. By the time we moved into the wild, we had 2 full armies and I had my most loyal members serving as generals or colonels who were assigned 100 and 50 men. Our first goal was to capture a smal portion in level 5 which turned out to be a building located North of Varrock. With roughly 80 members of the 1st army moving into this building while the 2nd army began moving to the second goal, the chaos temple. We killed around 20 other people while doing this and wer ein position. We stayed here for another month or two until we had 5 armies...500 members. I formed a council to help me out with the new members and to help forma tax system and a guoid system to bring in money to pay for the food and armor we had to supply. A month later, the plans were set and we brought in 15mil a week for the clan. Then it turned for the worst...

What's your idea on this subject? I personally blame RuneHQ, I've had many times an entire bank rise up and say "runehq says iron ores are worth 15gp each noob!" whichi s wrong, so when people settle for this, the value drops. Write your ideas and reason to why it's happening.
