  1. The thing that sucks about this age is how difficult it is to make something marketable and brand new. Because there are games that are just out there. But they are hardly marketed, hardly bought, and hardly found. You have to really find the middle ground, or else have a gimmick that basically brain[bleep]s people into buying it and starting a new genre. I miss when you could make a wheel and be famous.
  2. Solid. But it will take the shape of its container. What if everyone else is a damn robot?
  3. I was aiming it more at newsfolks that make a big deal out of something as inconsequential as this. Of course, newspeople are stupid anyways. Nancy Grace. >_<
  4. Hum. What state of matter is pudding...
  5. I want to lol at DeSean. And at the calls the damn refs were making. "Hey, I'm gonna pull you into me via your jersey." "DEFENSIVE PASS INTERFERENCE" "I'ma drop the ball before I make a touchdown and the refs will blow the whistle!" "Take the ball at the one yard line, chill'uns!"
  6. Well, hehe, I'm headin' for firsty. Second girl just got asked out by a kid I know. No big deal, since this guy's famous for short "relationships". So I get my shot with the first girl and see what happens. Thanks for the advice, guys. And th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-that's all, folks!
  7. Because she obviously has leaked the names of every CIA agent in her email. OH WAIT. Jesus Christ people, she's governor of Alaska. She's probably more cunning, if not smarter, than you.
  8. Heh. I mean OMG PEOPLE ARE SENDING HER PRAYERS OMFG SHE DONT NEED NO PRESANCHY SHE DUM
  9. Oh, okay. Well, another thing that baffles me is light. I mean, it isn't instant, right? That means everything I see happened in the past relative to me. That's wierd. Also, something that pertains to another thread: You said goes either way. :twss:
  10. Oh man, I think about this all the time. I think you're looking for thoughts on how things work, right? I just always wonder how fantastico things like language and electronics are made and invented and all of that. It just baffles me.
  11. Grand theft auto. It's not going to change gaming. It's grand theft auto, only less gritty. That's what grand theft auto started out as, but now they're leaning towards actual storylines and in-depth characters. I played saints row one, and it was a fun game, particularly for multiplayer, but it's just another in the growing sandbox games.
  12. Yeah, life'd be easier if girls were more blunt about that. Anyways. I need help. I have to choose between two girls. Well, not a life-or-death or anything, but you guys know how women's AD/HD will get ahold of them soon enough. They're both good-looking, smart, and all that. One is pretty much my best friend. We've begun to like each other. She's one of those rebel girls. But she does have a temper, and if I didn't choose her, I'm pretty sure my chance with her would be over. BUT. She's confusing me a tad. I'm not positive if she's ready to have a relationship with me - or even if she's single. Definitely a problem. And in our tight-knit group that's about 50/50 on the guy/gal ratio, you know that there'd be problems if I asked one of the other guys. Well, probably not one of them. So I need to ask him tomorrow. And, you know, it's easy to tell this has a low chance of staying on track for a really long time - which would cause problems if we ended it on bad terms. She has the worst women's AD/HD ever, though - so I don't have much of a time slot. Rambling on to the other girl... Cheerleader. Cute. Good girl. Pretty sure she's quite wealthy, and while she herself isn't cliquey, she's being brought into that group. Would probably be a quick thing, even though she is one of those few "popular" girls I'd ever seek a relationship with. However, I know for positive she'd say yes to a date. She's wanted me to ask for two years, but I just never wanted to date her. Her friends I hate, and have hated, which would be a problem, but like I said, doubt it'd take long. I'm really pretty against dating at my age, since it's really so much trouble getting rides and stuff. BUT (yes I said butt again). I have tickets to a Night Ranger concert on Saturday. Which means I'm probably asking either of them tomorrow. I know the whole choose who you think thing. And I'm really leaning towards the first girl, even through all the mixed confusion and the possible trouble if I ask her when she's not ready - although I could easily pass the concert off as just a friend thing with her. So whatcha think?
  13. Haha, you said passes eventually. Feces do that. And you said part. Like boobs. Which are a part of a body. God, I definitely overuse sex humor. Particularly that's what she said. But I actually know how and when to use it, and it's funny (mostly) every time.
  14. Oh dear, them's fightin' words. While I'm not a UT fan myself, I despise all OU. They are the enemy. They are better this year than previous ones, but they're still awful.
  15. Wasn't there a thread about nostalgia this summer...? Eh, I don't like my own memories from my childhood. So I make up new ones that involve my current friends and use those, instead. ... :(
  16. Think a coxswain's a short, but lanky person. But not sure. It's reb.
  17. You know I honestly do like you as a poster, but what the hell are you talking about? College is extremely worth it. Not only do you learn 500x more than you ever will in high school, but your views on life, society, government, and scores of other things change. You learn to be accepting of other people. College life isn't all about partying (although it can be fun to do that, which I do). It's about finding yourself and finding your place in the world. You'll understand when you go, that's all I can really say to you at this point. College is an amazing experience both educationally and personally. As you've said, though, if you find that job you'd be going for anyways, why pay tens of thousands of dollars to learn how to do it in a classroom when you have a major shot here? That said, I'll still probably go to college. Stuff like you said would be nice, although you can still find that if you find your dream job. I didn't mean college in general isn't worth it, just if you already can get the job you'd go to college for - or a better one.
  18. True, but you can't say it doesn't take common sense. College life would be fun, but college itself isn't worth it.
  19. MAKE SURE TO GO WITH HIM ON TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA. Seriously. Best concert I've ever been to. All the effects were damn amazing.
  20. I joined track, and I've started eating a little healthier I think, and I've gone from 140 to 125 since the start of school. Really just losing fat in my legs and putting on muscle in my stomach, legs, and arms. Just hints.
  21. Well, something simple like a local sock hop or football game would be best. But, if she's that kind of girl, you could offer her a seat on your throne (no, wait, loveseat) of power.
  22. Shoot for it. Sometimes it's better when the girl hardly actually knows you. Maybe you could get yourself a friend cluster, as they're known to us scientifical folk. Then, collide with her cluster, meeting her. Or, wait until she's alone, then ask her. "Whatev." Anyways, no regrets, like joy said. We only get fourteen lives. Let's make the best out of at least one.
  23. Uhhhhhhhh. I hope you're being funny. If not, this post deserves a: What.
  24. So true. ^_^
  25. College is overrated these days. You spend 20,000 dollars so you start at an internship below your peers that started working when they graduated - happened to a lot of my family. But, take your girlfriend with you. LOVE. LOVE WILL BRING US TOGETHER.
