Aviansies are a great range xp monster, plus they are great money makers with drops like rune daggers(p) which you should high alc, ranarrs, and noted addy bars, which sell on the GE for ~2.2k. You defence level isn't high enough to tank them, so take prayer boosting gear and prayer potions. Take a look at this guide for the prayer method: viewtopic.php?f=180&t=708158

Firstly, can you post all of your stats or a link to your RS username, and also a list of all of your equipment and weapons. Definitely get a glory, or if you have enough money, a fury. Get into the warriors guild and get a rune defender, and complete MM for a dragon scimitar.

Good luck getting your account back, you will just have to wait and hope for the best. While nobody can stay logged in for 7 days, they could use some kind of bot to keep an account logged in, although it would be unlikely.
