Hi, Are the farming and herblore levels required to get to the part where you get to use the fairy rings?

They either count every one, but they usually make it up or give an estimate depending on their xp.

Hey, I just made enough money to buy a whip (w00t), and am bored at my rune. I can't afford d legs or chain, and don't like the look of g plate much. I am thinking of buying rune (t) or (g) legs and plate, but not sure which one to go for. Hey, I've just got 70 attack (w00t), and have got 777k. I really need 1.5m to buy a whip, so i need to make around 800k. Please could you say the best ways of making money. I don't like merchanting, but if you say it is best please say what to merchant, bying and selling prices etc. Thanks everyone!

If a player needs to go somewhere, I tell them how to get there. If they beg for items, I walk away. If a level 10 is standing in Varrock, and asks where is Varrock, I tell them that they are standing there. I do help other players, but I don't go too far out of my way to help.
