My suggestion is to buy a whip when you reach 70 attack (100% worth it), then buy a d scimmy for training strength. Barrows would be ideal, although if you can't afford it, like me, rune is fine. Also, try to complete Fremmy Isles quest, as you get the Helm of Neitiznot for free, which is a very good helmet. Also, go to the warriors guild and get a rune defender, as the attack bonuses rule, and best of all, it's free.

Well, I did fire giants, and it only took me a little while. If you go into the smaller room, there are plenty of safe spots, and If i remember correctly I had over 20 rune scimitar as drops, so It's quite good money too.

Although I don't usually agree on F2P updates, they definitely need more bankspace. I mean you can hardly store your armour and money in it. Even just finishing off the row will make a big difference.

I find the best place east of Catherby, as there are around 4 yews with Catherby bank very close. If you are F2P, then Egeville is probably your best choice.

Spin them. They sell for over double flax sells for, and due to autoers, the price of flax is falling. It will also give you a big chunk of crafting experience.

I hate red salamanders, don't ask me why, so I did red chins from 63, which is surprisingly fast actually. I would say do red chins from 70, as by then they are much faster to catch, only a tad bit slower than salamanders, and much more interesting :P Also, take a look at this guide, which may help you while catching red chins: http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=622173

Hey, As you can see, I have a horrible total level, and not that many good stats :( I want to skill for a while, so which non-combat stats should I train, and how should I train them? I don't have a lot of money either (200k), although I can make more by abbys nature crafting if i need to. Stats in sig. Thanks!
