I'm coming back for now :) I don't want anyone to get their hopes too high, because I don't know how long I'll be staying. I just had an urge to come back for a bit! In the past I have gotten bored pretty quickly so we'll just have to wait and see what happens :) Thank you for your support!! Oh nice. IIRC, it's based on many things, but predominantly total level. A person with lower rating will GENERALLY hae a lower total level than one with a higher rating, and therefore recieve less token/ratings. Other things, such as charges and time spent playing, along with the level of your opponent affects the rewards you receive. Truckloads of factors affect the ratings/tokens you receive, if i'm correct, and not just your current rating.
