A lot of people I've been talking to have complained about it because they're used to 30°C+ all year round. Ya I've been to Australia before when i was younger, i got a grandmother there (last grandparent alive). Also I've always found that Australians can't deal aswell with the cold as us in New England :thumbsup: Yeah, we really can't. My dad and I seem to be the only ones in shorts all year round and blasting the aircon in cars on a cold day. If I may ask, which part of Australia? Happy birthday man. Try to not get too drunk off alcohol your friends will undoubtedly get you.

Well Technically you're not a fully developed adult until somewhere around the age of 23-25. And there's nothing that stops you from being a good driver at the age of 16. People just make stupid decisions, The people themselves are not stupid enough to suck at driving. Well, some of them might be... That's why I say rather than be a nanny state baby sitting everyone, the governments get rid of the warning labels, and if you do something stupid it's your own damn fault.

Do not support. Well maybe the lower alcohol limit is okay. I would advise against that, I'm more awake and alert late at night, whilst susceptible to fatigue during the day. I also always pick up my sister when she works late as my parents are asleep before she finishes. The alcohol one is the only thing there that is actually practical, I am not opposed to the second test though. You have to have 3 oral and one on-the-road tests to get a full licence here, before then you can't have any alcohol in your system which makes sense. The young passenger ban would deeply affect people like me who have parents who don't want to drive the children everywhere and have a child who is willing to drive them around whenever needed. Banning them from motorway driving? Within 30 hours of driving experience I was using toll booths. Mind you, my sister has done nearly 100 hours and she's still nervous about driving on motorways, toll booth or not.
