I've been on peaceful ever since the great creeper incident of 2010. Once I can settle on a world and get decently set up I'll switch the difficulty

Just find a casual team or mixed group. My girlfriend plays netball once a week and players seem to range from teenagers to parents. They switch positions up each week and there is no visible form of competitiveness. People from both teams will chat while not much is going on near them.

My main problem is the dog rounds before getting the Thunder Gun/Bowie Knife. The only good thing about dogs is their health is capped at around 1600.

Ahh ok, so you're just as scared of a random guy than a random guy with a gun. Right. If a guy pulls a knife on me I'd be just as scared as I would if he pulled a gun. Now if I were to have an equal item to defend myself with, I would feel extremely safe.

I like having passwords that I can generate how I see fit. I like keeping various online things linked in small groups, or completely by themselves. I like knowing that there is no one thing that could be compromised to take control of my whole online identity.
