NVM answered my own question. Oldak gives it back for an addy X-bow.

If you have tiara use 1500 water runes on it which gives you lots of waterskins worth. And use sacred pick. That's all you need.

I think it looks nice overall but the dark building in the bottom right looks a bit dull compared to the rest.

I'm not the best graphic artist but I'd say it's a bit too bright round the bottom right and such.
