Gl, you look like your making good progress and using ffl is good, i never have done that, should do really. I'm 79 rc but havent hardcore trained rc for ages now, got 75 in January. Gl its going to be hard work but rewards are worth it :D

Jagex have been doing updates like this quite alot lately, my guess is it will improve gameplay and updates for the future, although before construction came out they said they were doing other things like adding chairs :lol:

Most people arent really thinking about this, why doesnt the guy above me woodcut or mine in armour so he is actually using only 2 bankspaces. For fletching you could just have noted logs, knife in inv, take out 1 item, unnote 26 logs, put back item in and fletch. I'm sure most skills would be possible although more time time consuming and tedious. I think I could play runescape just to pk although I need a source of income cause I never actually make money pking :lol: I would have rc stuff in bank while I pk so 3 ess pouches (you can ask for small one back from guy in middle), ess, nats and cash, need to have sharks and pray pots, I could then use 2 items like rune pickaxe and black hide body or maybe a rare or 2 :P The 6 rc items I would use when rcing so can put my whip safely tucked away in bank so dont lose it if I get attacked (no room for teles :ohnoes:) I'm sure most people could carry on if they were determined enough not to be bothered by the tediousness of it.

I'v had a really busy week this week so not much done, all I did was get this... I also went pking but died, so took a break. When I went back on I couldnt be bothered to spend the rest of my money on rune so went looking for 1 itemers or ppl who just attack to annoy you. I took addy med, mith plate, addy legs and addy 2h with dds, rune defender, d scim and warrior ring. I ended up killing a 1 itemer in 2 specs :lol: this got me skulled #-o I was on lobs and I got pjed immediatly but got out alive, dont think i'll risk 600k again like that lol, but gotta love killing 1 itemers and getting it :D I was looking at my pictures of rs and found some good ones for this thread, will put them in first post. Just thought I'd add onto this post of my exploits of staking, I didn't intend to stake, people aproached me. First was a pure with mellee pray, we agreed to have pray on if I could have rune defender on. I should have won all but it took me time to work out, I used d scim to take off prayer, dds spec and scim rest of way. Lost first 3 duels and then won last which was 4 times first so lost only a lil bit. Other duel was a lvl 67 pure, I didnt look up, but knew what he was about, turned out he had 3 str lvls on me. We did only weapon and spec on and I made no mistakes in any fight. It was going back and forward until for no particular reason I won every stake until I cleaned the guy. He was a great sport like I think I would be and I gave him rune crossbow he staked back and we added eachother. He said he was up to 3.2m yesterday, so great respect to stake me his last 200-300k or so. Sorry I didnt take any pictures, they werent great wins, but a good story none the less.

I agree people should be given a second chance IF you can monitor them, I'm guessing you can do this on a elbeit big forum, however I didnt like the way the article refered to the game without actually naming it, maybe to avoid legal action :lol: but in general the two should'nt be compared simply because of the sheer size difference. It is impossible to monitor things in game so jagex relys on user reporting. Jagex have to be decisive because the sheer scale of the job, imagine how many bans they would have to review, further more it is alot easier to go cheating undetacted, for every unfair ban, they could let tens or hundreds of people back into the game with intention of cheating and ruining it for others.

Yup very sad what ppl do on this game, I had one once, was selling santa, he offered 100k above what I wanted and said come to edge, I thought woot, this merchanting lark is a sinch :P When I got there he said come to pray guild, I instantly knew it was a lure, so banked all my stuuf, brought pk gear, black hides, whip, range, etc. he ice blitzed me in ahrims, i turn on pray and have no problem owning him, he ran away lol, maybe if i brought summin I mighta bagged myself a ahrims pk :P

Well I went pking again... I know I should at least get some of the rfd gloves but I cant resist lol. I took a few took a bit of a hit in bank but was fun. First one was after she killed me unskulled for dds and rune helm, was good fight so kitted out and fought again. Was a good fight again with her getting me low alot but I dont safe so I'm gunna get that :P I hit some good dds specs but not enough to ko, but she ran out of food, didnt try to run, loads of respect and we're friends now. Was about to go to greens when a pure attacked me, I was skulled this time, but this time I was having a great fight. As you can see from the sharks I just couldnt stop hitting him, I didnt eat until end of fight, he hit about 25 and took out dds, so I hit, ate shark and dds back. Dead :D I should've stopped there but as usual I needed to be killed to stop. I also should have read the signs when I got a few rangers next. One I was owning and he teled, then another one pjed me by tangling, tbing (I dont carry teles lol) and ranged from distance. I found this ranger again and he used this "technique" again, I sat there taking his low hits. I told him, "lol, learn to pk" he said something along the lines of no, u should, I then speced dds and he teled red bared :wall: He pmed me laughing, huge noob, met worse but definatly deserves to go on some kind of wall of shame.......... if only I could remember his name :P Conclusion.... Pures are extremely dangerous to fight... I wear 350k, they wear dds, there is no chance of me getting a whip pk without smite. Rangers are worth fighting but because of this huge expense they will not give a good fight :roll: .... tele ftl. But love it when they are :ohnoes: to me :lol: Hopefully this thread wont just turn into a pk thread, I want to get some required quests done tommorow is day off.

I got rune defender and 77 strength, missed pic :wall: Went pking, and got my first pk with defence on here :D Pked a ranger with some great dds specs. Went on to pk a dds by specing a 1 itemer, killed in 2 specs, he couldnt protect in time :lol: Died later on though to a ranger who got pjed, I got kill message but I couldnt pick up any loot from myself or him, damned looters! :x

I like to alch while merchanting, nearest i came was when i alch-right clicked over santa and sent pic to friend. was fun wind up. Only thing I alched was dds, now I say that I'm gunna alch a rare getting to 94 mage :ohnoes:

Thanks for great responses everyone :D I count this account as not pure any more, pure is 1 def and with 40 def I just have high-ish strength now. If I get to 90+ it could be as good as a pure, but still not a pure. Edit: I changed the title now, rune pure will do to class me as :P This is my second account I have and will use for pking, I have a main, if you want to look at those stats click on the link to highscores. So I will only be getting non-combat stats up for quest requirements. I can make money by pking, staking, merchanting etc. so no drop trading =;

Hi, I have been playing on my second account recently as I lost all my money as my "friend" isn't returning the 23m+ I lent him. The thought of making all that money back again doesn't excite me so I turned to my other account. It was a pure but I got bored and got it to 40 defence. I am actually glad now as I can do lots of different things, not just camp at experiments. Here is a pic which shows stats when pure and current stats This thread is to set out my goals and document me achiveing those goals. I have never drop traded if you are going to say that as I see that on every pure goal or achievment thread. I collected cow hides training my mellee stats, then when I had a few geepee to rub together gradually merhcanted, pked, staked etc. My goals atm are 90+ strength and getting the best equipment possible. So here is mellee equipment of just after I got defence and now. A stat reset on a new game would be interesting, most people would carry on in RS2 so there would be a race for high scores, I would be interested in making a pure though.

I dont have one personally but I and everyone else wears barrow skirts with no qualm, dont see problem really.

I'd like to be 45 defence for pking, so do that and I'd probably take fletching and cooking exp away as they are high and easy to get. I'd definatly put these into getting 99 magic, 91 runecrafting and any left over into strength :thumbsup:
