Sounds like you set yourself to high a goal, then when your playing time got cut you didnt have the time to make any progress. I doubt you need to quit, just set small goals for the time on rs you do have. However it is good to evaluate your playing of RS. I havent played on my main for about a month. I have a pure which I have been on maybe twice in the month to go pking when I sold some stuff I didnt need any more. I went on a new pure I made so I could play rs and talk to friends if i got really bored and I have only managed to get it to about 45 range lol. After the month playing the game like that I do not want to go on any accounts really and have decided to quit. You may not be like this and be content to play a few hours a week, the only thing that really stops me doing that is I gave all my stuff away :P Goodluck in whichever path you take.

Pure ess isnt too bad if you got the rcing levels, its about 20-50k less a hour i make rcing nats :? Rcing has really gone downhill, might as well mine ess for the hassle you save. But it could still have costs like tanning hides, so you could lose quite a bit on the early levels until there is something worthwhile to sell to other players. Wont be as much as construction but could still be a dent in the ol' bank balance.

If you do not know Jagex do not simply do one update after another, they plan. They have numourous teams on projects so they could have been doing this before construction was released and it was definatly planned before that.

I think it will be good, there is already lunar magics, so why not this? Everybody has a chnace to use this except mages, so maybe it would overpower them.

Some good games this weekend, as a Arsenal fan I'm pleased with 4-0, we're really pulling it together after the bad start and we could push Chelsea and Man U this season :D Chelsea have such strength that Sheva's bad start didn't really matter and they are bound to not have a slump in results this season so it's up to Man U and Arsenal to play well all season. It looks like Liverpool are out of it with 4 away loses. Portsmouth have rid their wave and I think Bolton will slump too soon so it'll be outta the 3. Interesting times ahead :D

I hate how everyone bashes Jagex because they didn't release a update they planned. Guess what? Plans change! Look at the updates we have got before bashing Jagex and I believe there is enough there to keep most players happy. If you are bored with the game and not happy with updates being thrown your way - quit, it's your money, nobodies forcing you to pay.

This is one of the biggest updates of the year and it is right that members get this exclusively. Members pay the money and want the big updates. If you are ftp you have to accept you do not pay for updates. Members do.

Cool, I have recently made a mix and I am getting into this stuff. I will record with a song and then try and find mp3 without lyrics. I have a soar throat atm so I will stick to something with deep voice, like nickleback or red hot chilli peppers. This just gives me practice as I'm helping out the dj on karaoke at the bar I work at on Friday :P

Can you play a song low and sing over it or do you have to find a song without the lyrics and sing them? Thats harder to do.

Yup, I made outfit what I like and head brown hair with a bit of a goatee and beard. Bit more than I have but if only mine would grow some more..... But it just can't depict my ruggishly good looks :P

Well I am quitting, wish I had done more but I can't be on Runescape so much. Taking a break to be away from the game. I will post some pics of some of memorable moments of my main and pure. My finest achievment of Runescape 75 RC, hardest thing I achieved in Runescape. Highest recorded hit - I koed a Ranger for 55 once though, at Edge pking :D Gave whip to a good friend to buy varacs to kq with me, he lost varacs pking lmao, he quit and gave back when he did. He's awesome and having fun in real life. He ran to wizzies but I maged before he got to them and killed, huge respect. We fought before and he ran while maging, whipping and running, he got me out of food and I ran out and gloried out. Didn't use teles I brought, shark would have been more useful as I wouldn't ever tele versus him but you don't know what you encounter in the wild so I brought as I didn't pk at greens much. Huge respect for this guy. Whip pk, was shocked as I koed him as he was owning me, was well pleased with my first whip pk. :D :D :D Missed my best pk of whip, dharoks body and legs, obby set, rune and black set and beserker helm. Wish I got that, woulda been so great! Kashi it wasn't a trade, I trusted him and he made me thing he [bleep]ed me over and took money over our friendship. A friend who I met in college went through a similar time. He was however scamming and hacking after he got hacked himself and thought screw it, if you cant beat them join them. He shouldn't have but the game got to him and it eventually caught up as he was addicted and he needed to quit. He lent me 17m he had on his account (I always told him he should of bought a blue phat before he left: P ) and lent me it. I had secured a Santa after losing his money he lent and worked up to a Santa. It turns out he couldn't do the work, couldn't buy the gp and just hid. Wish he was just honest about it. I am glad we sorted it out and we an just be friends again. I will post on my pures blog some memorable pics I have saved and add a post in graveyard of pks I have saved. Will round things off well. I think I am going to quit now as I simply play Runescape too much. I guess I'm addicted to it, damned its such a addicting game and I spend too much time playing it and not getting things done like searching for a full time job as I have 18 hours a week work atm and need more. I need to do alot of things as I let them slide when playing rs and I need a couple of months break away from the game. Maybe I will go on to pk to enjoy a bit of the game, but I dont want it taking too much of my time. I will leave this game alone until I think I will play it responsibily. This game has caught up with me, its too damned addicting and I need some time away from the game to sort out my priorites. Maybe I'll come back but only if I can play it in my free time and I dont play it too addictively. I guess I will tell friends in game now, but I'v had alot of friends quit because they got bored with the game, but it will surprise most of my friends that I gotta get away from the game cause I am too addicted. Happens to the best of us and I have become addicted because of problems in real life which I dont want to go into and are beside the point. I will slowly cut myself off from the game and enjoy more out of real life. Well you can count me on the quit list too because there is more to life than a game. I am going to respond to these as because I am now quitting these questions now have relevance to me. I might have a drop party for friends, drop the stuff I dont want and give to people who I valued their friendship. It is a sad thing I have to leave RS because I made such great friends on it and I have to at least say goodbye to them. Maybe I will have a event with my friends after the drop party to have some fun before I go, that would be good. I lost 23m+ to a friend not too long ago as well. I lent him it and he took it and blocked me. I am more gutted to lose a friend over rs gp tbh. I can never regard this guy who I knew for 2 years on rs in a good friendship. He will however leave a bitter taste in my mouth over him deciding some rs gp is worth more to him than our friendship. Now that leaves a bitter taste in the mouth. It took away alot of the joy of rs. I had now been majorly duped by a "friend" and I previously prided myself on being smart, knowing how to trust people and not doing stupid things in the game. Towards the end - within the last few months, I have been scammed too, I scam which I missed something and he took all my sharks without paying for them - that was 3m worth. I got over it but I woulda liked to say I didn't let the scammers get to me, but they did, and this "friend" [bleep]ed me over like a man raping a woman. It hurt that he did it to me. I guess these has left their toll and it has been a big struggle and I'v been more resolute in the game to get back on my feet and become evan more addicted. I am glad I am getting out of it because its doing my head in. I think I would feel better if I left the game with a party for my friends, give them stuff and have a chance to say goodbye. I need to get out of the game.

It could show they handed out surveys to 1500 women and 700 men... or in a area where alot of woman play online games when the kids are in school. 2,200 people is not a big enough survey to draw any conclusive evidence. I was coming back from school when I was in sixth form, sitting at the back of a bus with one firend, when 3 guys about 16-17 walk all the way down and right next to us. After a while one turns round and tells me to "gimme your mobile" I see he isn't messing around and take it out and hand it to him, he takes the chip out and give it back to me and asks for my wallet. I get that out, stuff cards down side and give him the ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã10 note and a bit of change I had (been in the pub at lunch time, was a little intoxicated but woke up quicksmart when he asked for my mobile). My mate had a knife to his left thigh and was going about giving mobile and money to them calmly. If they did not have the knife he would of been able to fight them, but they outnumbered us and had a knife(s) If we called out we could of seriously got hurt so we gave over money and mobiles and off they stumbled off the bus about ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã200 the richer. I'm glad I acted clamly though and didn't do something stupid just to keep a mobile and a bit of cash, and it helped me wise up alot.

Well you was selling your wealth made in game by being one of the best merchanters for real life cash and got banned for it, but your right the community is down the toilet. Give a man a chance to steal and cheat his way to success and he will do it within a blink of a eye.... well most people who are playing this game would anyways. Its rest of us who wouldn't do such a thing who suffer.
