The most practical way to increase exp for clearing rooms is to increase the maximum positive cap of the Level Mod to several times what it is now but leave the negative cap the same (at around 20%). More precisely, the penalties for rushing would not change (so you'd still usually lose 10-15% exp bonus), but if you decided to clear stuff, you'd get up to 30 or 40% level mod instead of capping it at 10%. I would need to do some math to figure out what exactly would be a good cap, so that it provides a good incentive to spend the time clearing rooms but isn't overpowered.

I did not know who to PM. I had no idea what had happened at all, one second I was in the chat, the next I was not, after thinking that the issue was resolved. I honestly did not know, but it's all moot. I've taken out the posts because even though I didn't intend for them to come across as me [bleep]ing, they seem to have. No matter. I guess I have to go away for a good month, and just re-evaluate why people don't really like me and what I can do to change their opinions, if I can at all. You could have just PM'd any admin-- I'm sure they would have listened, regardless who it was. Also, if it is any consolation I like you.

Eh, in the end the DGS admins make the rules and you have to follow them-- it's a small price to pay to co-exist in such a great, beneficial community. And really, the rules aren't that strict. [bleep]ing about clan policies/problems on TIF is the quickest way to get on the admins' bad side. There are certain things you just do not do, and that's one of them. If you had PM'd that to any of the admins, I am sure they would have explained the situation to you and been more understanding and willing to listen. Honestly, why does it matter whether or not they explained it to you immediately? If you perceived that you were wronged, you still should have been the "bigger person" and contacted an admin privately.

That is my point. Geo's defense is why, even though he has a high mage level, melee out-DPSes hex on him (unless ragered). And he heals if you use any prayers against him. However, I still think it's worthwhile to turm flash him.

And most of our hexers are people who frequently key, so it is not that bad.

Ohhhh, I see. In that case, I am more okay with it. I still think that, based on the amount of time required to get the Uber cape, it should give a +20 attack bonus, +50 defense, +20 prayer bonus, and +10 strength bonus. That's fitting I think, considering you've accomplished every single thing the game has to offer.
