Why'd your parents do that? There most have been some reasoning behind that (although, probably not good reasoning). I'll explain it, since he posted the problem before. His girlfriend used to cut herself before they started going out. Over a year ago. So his parents found out and disapproved, following my advice he basically told them to [bleep] off, cause really, if she stopped where's the problem? His parents responded by telling him to not come crying to them when she hurts him (or something similar). But for his parents to do this, its [bleep] terrible. Yeah, seriously, that's completely out of line. thanks for the support guys. I asked (yelled at) my parents what they said and why. they told me to ask her what they said. they said they did it to get her away from me. I asked my girlfriend what they said, but she wouldnt give me specifics, only that they called her a dirty tramp and alot of things like that. [/hide] I'm speechless irl after reading this, you're parents have no right to do that! You cared about this girl and she cared about you (I assume), so what if she use to cut herself? She doesn't anymore and that's what matters, cussing her out and insulting her like that is one of the worst thing I've ever heard on this thread. I strongly suggest you explain to you're parents that you care about this girl and that they have no right to do this, tell them you want them to apologize to the girl sincerly, follow this up with some sort of threat that you'll leave home or never speak to them again. I know this may not work, but it's a hope, once again I say it, you're parents have no right to say such things to that girl. ive threatened them. i told them that if they didnt want to get their [wagon] beat in the middle of the night with a bat, they'd apologize. They still didnt, and bolted (rather sealed) their room shut during the night. So, im pretty much clueless what to do. My girlfriend is really hurt.
