Summoning depends on the persons CB skills, whether he can kill certain things for charms or what not. I'd say go with 8 because It cost like what 100M? Then again its extremely easy to raise if you have all the ingredients. Reason I made it 8 is the money-wise, and the second ingredient to some may not be tradable, therefore making it harder to obtain.
