That is where people are wrong. ROW has an effect on clue scrolls and other items worth not as much gold: you actually have LESS of a chance of getting the drop. Think about it... if you get a good drop 1/5 times and a bad drop 4/5 regularly. Wear a ring of wealth and you get a good drop 2/5 times, making the others, seemingly useless drops less common (3/5) (Note the numbers I used were picked out of my head, and are no way accurate) Nonono See, the row doesn't help the first wheel. OK, as an example let's say a monster can drop: -giant eagle octopus- Nothing Rune medium helmet 10 iron arrowtips abyssal whip 12 noted coal ores 4 noted bronze plates Let's say for example 1/3 of the time you get nothing from a monster. OK, then we can fill in the wheel with 1/3 NOTHING category. Let's say that 4/9 of the time, you recive a average item like 10 iron arrowtips, 4 noted bronze plates, or the coal ore. OK, we can fill in the wheel as follows... 1/3 nothing, 4/9 good drop Now, the last bit would be devoted to the rares drop. 1/9th of the time, a wheel is spun. 2/3 of the time it switches to the good wheel and rolls that. 1/3 of the time, it goes to the next wheel. The next wheel, simplified, could b 8/9ths rune med, and 1/9 abyssal whip. The chances of you getting an abbyssal whip in this case? 1/9 times 1/3 times 1/9. One in 243 chance. This is baisics of how it works. Now, possibly the RoW would make the wheel be 2/9 abyssal whip and 7/9 rune med. Doubling your chances. Other things are OBVIOUSLY altered, but this is a basic overview on how it is. And i covered it quite well I think ^_^

Not a lot. I don't see why you would EVER put it on coal. Maples are SO much better. SO easy to sell. and flax is a breeze to sell the seeds aren't as bad as you would think.

Yes but those are for the cheap weapons, this is one of the most expensive weapons in the game. A ddp++ has a better special and is available at 1/30th of the cost. yes... and a abby whip doubles a ddp's stats doesnt it? Lets see... 30 times the cost of the ddp++ 2 times the stats of the ddp++ stats =D> Somewhere along the line I think it's a little uneven. Could be just me though :wall: Compare 3rd age to rune.
