I agree.. your best customer is always the same customer. If you constantly try to attract new people.. you get in a wave that new players rush in and old ones rush out. Eventually almost everyone will have heard or played Runescape and will be considered "old" players, there won't be any new players. Thus, Runescapes downfall. ~Defender~ Pssh, I'd much rather have a more beautiful runescape than blood crafting. They're making the game better. Deal.

For me, I'd probably be the drifter. The person who walks around groups, not understanding where he is but fitting in everywhere he goes. Just like in school.

180K isn't huge, and if you do the quest you will know what I mean when i say it is well worth it to keep the anchor.

Im going to bet your one of those that bought a whip from another player. The anchor still seems good to me and it has the added benefit that some people actually have to do something to gain it, unlike the whip were most paid stupid amount of money to get one and then think they have achieved something. I don't own a whip, i apreciate what your saying, I enjoy doing something challenging in game and being rewarded for it, but do you not think for someone to make 1.7 million is an achievement? My beef was that the anchor was a substantial weapon and was overpowered (in relation to its cost-i should have made that clear) and this has been fixed. edit: re-reading my post i see that i made a mistake by saying the anchor was massively overpowered and cheap to replace, i meant that it was overpwowered in relation to its cost to replace. @teebaum:I believe its random chance i've had the bridge scenario twice and once it was lvl 1 route with weak NPC, and the other time it was lvl 2 route with a weak NPC. I got lumberjack legs on the 2nd and nothing on the first. There we go =) And on my side... Yeah, i just tested it out and it isn't a massive nerf. i should have tested it before assuming like crazy. Glad we resolved this. I <3 tippers.

You know what, you're ignorant and obviously never had the anchor. it was NOT OVERPOWERED. Yes, it cost next to nothing to replace, and that should have been fixed. But 700K is enourmous. The strength bonus does not make it come anwhere close to the power it once had. And I loved this weapon. LOVED. And they nerfed it. I was making a sig just about the freaking anchor. They ruined it.

That quest was long and boring, plus required too many quests and a dull skill lvl. I hope there is none like it anytime soon.

im working on making a video of runescape, it is going to be of such good quality and length i hope it makes tip.it finally have its own sub forum for dumb RS movies. possible movies me and/or friends will be making 1-5 castle wars games at once. this will be easily 400 megabytes + friend 90 mining-99 mining every ore mined. me running thru the wilderness watch people get PKED by bad pkers. this video, im hoping takes over and hour to download and 2 or 3 to watch. and will have bad music. and infact wont have music in some spots. Make all of the scene transitions give seizures.

+1, lots of pure if you've noticed will have like a fury and ranger set at like 30 combat. So, they make fun of you because they have better stuff then you at a lower combat, when in reality, they most likey drop traded several mill in item or cash to their pure.
