Just because a few rune pure's cannot ko you because you "knowing when to eat", most likely eating as soon as you get hit a little bit, you instantly brand rune pures as worthless? Rune Pures are not at all worthless, they are a very profitable way of pking, and very fun. That's just plain ignorant... I am not a safer, I eat when i need to. I have pked over 20 rune pures, and got and lost a whip. i've pked more in world 18 than 10-20% of the population has, and I'm well informed of the wilderness rules. And I follow them to the absolute best I can. I'm the kind of person you actually mean the "gf" to. Don't generalize me as a safer, it's rude and completely off base. On topic: Rune pures hit MANY 0s on me. My attacks are just as considstent as their attacks are high. The fact of them being overconfident with their skills leaves them eating at around 26 hp, and a good spec of my dds almost always cripples them. I am not saying they aren't fun. but when a 85 85 80 can take you down with 12 sharks to spare, it really is worthless to make money with one unless you plan on fighting complete noobs that don't know how to manage prayer.

Rune pures are worthless. My winning streak against 99 99 45 pures is enourmous. Yes, they hit 36s. But I know when to eat.

The question is does it matter? +4 is relatively small. However, i among many have spent 2.1+ mil on a berzerker ring, which gives the same bonuses. So... The 7 hours that it would take you to get the plate roughly = 2.1m It's up to you to descide if those +4 levels matter. Personally, YES, I think it does. Why? I couldn't gain 4 strength levels in 7 hours. And every single strength bonus equals a level... And apparently the defences are about the same. It is definitely not true for defense. Compare a level 90 defence person wearing full barrows and a level 80 defense person wearing full barrows plus rune boots. The level 80 defense person is a LOT easier to hit. I highly doubt it for strength. The strength thing is true... However, I have beaten A LOT of rune pures with the figher torso with my rune plate on... the plate can sometimes be a huge advantage, even in pking.

Are you joking? I make the bulk of my money buy hoarding 20k of flax at a time and selling for 100 each from my kingdom. It's really easy to sell flax at 100 each. If you're yelling in a abnk, no duh nobody will buy 10k at once. But 10 trades of 1k is equivalent, and that won't take long. And simply put, if people don't get scared by posts like these and start selling for less, than the market will be stable. If nobody sells for 90, then the price will not go down to 90. Don't. It won't drop unless people like you sell.

I dunno, the anchor is still one of the coolest updates, it will be hard to beat that. But the lumberjack outfit was... horrid.
