That has to mean that Jagex is working on something big! :P Jagex doesn't have to do anything. One would ASSUME so, but that means nothing in the long run. Obviously they're preparing for something, but they could have had it done by now and not released it. It is not hard to make cape graphics. I know a single person could do it, let alone a corporation taking weeks after it was scheduled to make an appearence? I dunno, I don't like this update. If everyone is hyped about capes, give them capes.

Is there an interactive zoom map like this on the KB? And if so could someone give me a link? :pray:

I'm sorry, but there's been too long of a lapse on big updates or any updates at all... There have been very little in-game updates, and while the new menu/layout/in gam interface is cool and all, they've been promising us these capes for 1 or 2 months now, not to mention new quests exe. I havn't seen much of anything that was on the monthly (sneak peak) updates come true. This update was junk... I expect a lot of flame twards Jagex.

Believe me, I know. I have so many more friends then I did in MS and early HS. But I live a loooong ways from school. My best friend lives in 2 homes (divorces anti-ftw) and my other friends were complete... erg in middleschool. So until I get a car Can't really do anything about it = ( ^_^ To sk8r... I'm not completely bored of RS yet.

Yeah, I don't know why, but runescape is losing its appeal more and more as the days go by. Maybe it's because MySpace is a tad more fun (/penguinpeopleunited, if you're interested), maybe it's because the only goal I have is a fire cape, maybe it's because I can't find any good way of making money... I don't know why, but pounding on the kq with my 2 greatest friends seems so old now, so boring. I'm pretty sure its the fact that I've conquered anything that has been set before me to do.... and now I just want to sorta lay back and leave my character be. I'm so scared of quitting, I don't know if I'll come back... Look at my post count, I've invested waaay too much time into these forums to simply quit runescape. And there are fun times, like barrowing with ancients, cw, pc, sometimes kq... But even those things are starting to fade into something that's not fun for me. Please don't post on here saying "plomg quit k?" or "omg u shud fletch". I want honest to goodness discussions and suggestions on how I can improve the "fun factor" of runescape. I really don't want to quit...

That KB article is a load of malarkey... Sorry, but playing an internet game will not make social skills or freinds. There are more educational things out there than smacking your friend around with an r2h. The ONLY thing this game has tought me is a tad bit about economy/marketing and typing skills.

What's up with people quitting? Half of the topics on this board are about people quitting. Why not have a drop party? A farewell party? Instead of just having a post that qill dissapear and nobody will have a reccollection of it.

I'm sorry, but I don't agree with this post at all. If you can't take the overcrowding, there will always be more worlds for you, and if not, then wait/play until night time,w hen most runescapers go to bed. And come on, isn't it obvious to find new places to kill things on? Although there are a few points in which I agree on, mostly that the greatest spots to train on are underpopulated. However, this post was a tad bit generic. If not blue dragons, then where to? Suggest some spots, don't just tell people to leave where they are training. And the most populated spots are that way for a reason.

I still think the varrok part is a viable question though. Why can't we have it?

tbh dharoks wouldnt b that effective. you could lower ur hp fast with explosive pots but then if you got piled you would be easily killed and it's near impossible 2 effectively protect pray in cw due to all combat types being present. Fine My dharok and my ahrims and my berzerker helm and my karil coif and my veracs would own.

I dunno, I don't think it would show up as a staff of air if the animations just got mixed. I don't dislike you in any way But I think this is slightly faked... Was the bow still doing the arrow animation? How fast did the air strike go?

I think the fishing gaunts would have to be a tad bit more creative, to distinguish from cooking gaunts. Maybe They allow you to only catch swordies when you hit level 76? And there's a 1/20 chance of you catching 2 fish instead of one? I dunno, I think that would be a tad too generic.
