It's not bug abuse, but it does fall under the rule of item scamming. Regardless, Jagex has told us time and again to REPORT THESE PEOPLE. They are working in a way to inhibit your playing of the game. They need a set up such as was inplanted in Battlefield 2 When someone is reported the game is recorded and whats being recorded is what the player [at his/her house] is seeing. They can then review what happened and apply bans accordingly Think of how many reports get sent per 3 seconds -.-

I disagree. I dont steal peoples arrows, but i think they have a right to. If your arrows show up on the ground while your still killing the same monster, that means you are fighting a monster that is too good for your level!!! Train on something weaker! By your logic any monster over lvl 160 is out of every one on rs's lvl range so they shouldnt train on it. Lvl 99 range wont kill a black dragon before your arrows show. And most arrow stealers just drop the arrows and only picked them up to be jerks, jagex should make arrows go back to your invent if they arnt broken. Use broad arrows -.-

You forgot to add in the time needed to slay the green dragons, you don't just get the bones and hides willy-nilly. But I must say, nice post. I would probably end up using pest control, but alas all my points are going into ranging or strength.

The mage's book is less expensive because a lot more of them are being brought in. Why? +15 to magic attack and defence. And unlike the robes, it cannot be matched by barrows sets (AKA Ahrim owns infinity pieces) Seems stupid. Also seems like a good merchanting opportunity... Your post didn't add much either. :-k

Is Heart Returns and Heart the same group? Hell no. Heartreturns is the best PC clan there is. We have fast games, and the the leaders have been working on the problems to get rid of leaks so we dont get as many low lvls as before. When i play at 3am - 5am gmt we can usually keep 1 world going great for all that time. When it comes to PC imho Heartreturns is the only way to go for all lvl 105+ people. PM me a link? Someone?
