Say that only about 400 people are registered and only 10-20 users are below level 50...lets just say. So it would be very unlikely that those people who dont know how to use emotes use tip.it. It was introduced in tut island, kind of easy to figure out yourself. Both of those statistics are wrong. I'd say about 4% of runescape's citezens do not know how to use emotes. And The amount of registered users is about 2,000,000 (inactives don't count). That's 80,000 people that do not know how to use emotes. I believe about 450 people are registered to these forums. About 25% or about 110 people are below 50. Now, seeing as only about one fourth of those people will check this topic, about 23 people will appreciate this topic. If you absolutely MUST flame something, douse your finger in lighter fluid, light a candle, and flame in real life.
