This one came to me about a week ago, as I was burning willows in the Rogues' Den. I realised we were in a small, closed area, and I thought, "It's a good thing RuneScape isn't realistic, or we'd all be dead from carbon monoxide poisoning by now..." Now it's your turn, but I want to give you a few ground rules to keep you from messing up my thread. First, Make sure they're funny. Remember that there's a difference between funny and just plain stupid. If you post a poop joke, I WILL find out where you live and I WILL kill your cat. If you don't have a cat, I will do something worse, as punishment for not having a cat. Also, for the love of God, dont post a long list of these, and make sure you don't get repetitive, be original. I don't want this new thread to turn out like all of the "you know you're addicted to RuneScape..." threads. Please, no more than 5 lines per post, and please read them and make sure they're actually funny before you click submit. thanks, and have fun =) It's a good thing RuneScape isn't realistic, 'cause then you'd get killed in the time it takes to eat a whole shark. The games, on the other hand, will never get old...well, actually...they wouldn't have gotten old. But Nintendo decided to kill it and bury it. They shoulda stopped after ruby/sapphire. those were Sw33t =)) I never liked naming pokemon, cause i'd end up with something stupid. Wehn I had Yellow version, the first thing I caught was a nidoran. It's only move was tackle. So I named it tackle. Only I typo'd and named it tackel. Pronounced tok-el. Funniest part was, he became my best guy, and when he was lvl 80 or something, my pikachu that I started with was lvl 12 =)

Can't wait till I get to play twilight princess...I'll probably have to wait till it gets old so I can buy it used, lol.

unfortunately, this is the game. There are always a majority of people whining about certain drawbacks of an update. So how on earth would JaGex shift it's focus from the 8-year olds who won't quit making poop jokes at catherby beach? What needs to happen is that new updates should be focused on older, more intelligent players. at least 13+. Of course they wouldn't/couldn't enforce this. But how about making us think? any idiot could max out all their skills if they had enough time on our hands. What we need is more community-based and more intelligence-based updates. The first I've seen of these is Barbarian Assault, the greatest minigame in RuneScape. You have to think to win, and even if you do use an off-site minigame guide, there is still no easy way out. BA was the first time 'Scapers have been forced to strategise, and most of us loved it. The way I see it, RuneScape was originally aimed at ages 13-18. Now, these Classic members are "all grown up", and they want more. People don't just quit after five years of dedication to a runescape account. hell, I couldn't quit after just 2, even after i got banned. So why is JaGex dumbing down the standards to be little-special-kid-from-Tennesee-friendly? The signs are everywhere--the stupid, repetitive puns, the total lack of any graphical value in combat, cute little pictures instead of text... Hell, if it were my choice, I'd IP ban every little turd with "poop","boob","butt", etc in their name. these are the guys screwing it up for all of us! ...and speaking of screwing up...the sensors. What's the point?? and idiot can misspell a word and bypass the censors. JaGex Is so worried about the terrible "pottymouths" who might offend some little 6 year old. WHAT THE HELL!?!?!? these kids can't even read half of the words in the game!! what is JaGex doing catering to them?! Besides, they don't need us to teach them all of the bad words in the english language! Don't pretend these kids have never heard the "f" word before! I have a 5 year old brother who gets in trouble for saying that at school, and nobody at my house taught him that! oops...this turned into a rant about the censors. but the two problems are obviously related, and to solve one, they'd have to solve both. will they? of course not. But apparently I have a "pottymouth" as well, because i got banned for it. Isn't it fair to say that the dumbing down of RuneScape and the legions of 6 year olds in the game are partly to blame?

well, for one, torags body and helm are slightly better than guthans. and i'm pretty sure they're cheaper. yeah, 50 agility and thieving were a pain for me, too. When I trained agility to 53 for regicide, i just spent a few days in the brimhaven agility arena. and when I had to train thieving to 53 for dt, i spent a few days pickpocketing guards just northeast of the door to the north ardy bank. here you won't find too many noobs killing them, and there's 3 of 'em. agility and thieving just take patience. just a few days of busting your backside and it'll be over. edit: just noticed that neither of these skills are at 40 yet. till they are, for agility train at barbarian course, and for theiving steal from al-kharid guys or silk stalls.

truth is, they can't catch you if you use 2 seperate computers, even if it's one person using both. you can only get caught if you log on 2 different accounts on the same computer.

I'ts not a range weapon, it's melee. It's basically the same as a spear, only it can be weilded in one hand. You can learn to smith them using the new Barbarian Skills, and i think you can also get them as drops from certain things in the Mithril Dragon dungeon.
