ok...no idea what this is supposed to mean...getting rid of pc would get rid of 'scapers with rich parents? And getting rid of pc would be a step in the wrong direction. The noobs who can barely get into pc are unlikely to get enough zeal to profit. those 70-80 find it nearly impossible to find a decent world. 80-90 arent so bad, and 90+ are just trying to get ownage stats. nothing wrong with that. Pc is'nt aimed at lower-level players, or little rich kids. It's really aimed more at high-level players, and the higher your level, the more you benefit from it.

no. no, no, no. think about it. Some rich guy gets 55 slayer, and starts training with only magic dart. This would obviously give the rich YET ANOTHER advantage over the not-so-rich. At 55 slayer, they'd never have to do another slayer task again. A good idea, though, is that you could get extra slayer exp for using magic dart on a slayer task.
