Making 4m fast...
I'm sure people know of much better things than runecrafting or smithing. They do, but they don't like to tell because doing so increases competition and makes it take longer to make money.

Fastest/cheapest 99 skill??
Fletching. You will waste some money buying willows to get your fletching to the point where you can make yew longs, but once you get there, the end product sells for more than the components. Buy logs, buy bs, sell bows = profit and 99 fletching.

skulling green drag autos?
I've seen a lot of posts to the official RS forums about this and your theory makes a lot of sense. An autoer kills the dragon and then clicks (probably three times.. once for the bones, once for the skin, and then once for anything else) to pick up the loot. If you stand where the loot would normally be and are a lower cb level than the autoer, the click to get the loot would attack you instead. Hmm.. :D I'm combat 57, I wonder what level the autoers normally are..

Quickest way to 40 ranged?
Shooting arrows at the hobgoblins on the island near the crafting guild is very quick, but you'd want to use bronze arrows for that. There are lots of targets and you don't pick up so if you do this right, you can have arrows in the air at all times.

Horror From the Deep
Ideally your magic would be 59 for fire blast. When I did horror, I had 1 prayer, 20 defense, 52 hit points, and 80 magic. I wore mystic top and bottom, used sharks for food, and cast only the 4 blast spells at the mother (took a break during melee and range phases, but did not use a safe). Don't skimp on your food, use sharks or better and be aware of how many hps your food heals. I chose the mystic for attack bonuses rather than defense. I only brought top and bottom so I'd only lose runes, food, and junk if I died. If you have chaos gauntlets from family crest, you can use the bolt spells instead. Make sure you know what order she changes color and know which attack goes with which color (most are obvious, but watch our for red/orange and green/brown). I wrote the colors and attacks on a piece of paper just in case I panicked and forgot. You can always fight the baby, leave, get more stuff, and then come back for the mother. Bring a teletab or ectophile.

Question about stun and charge
If stun is cast against someone who has exactly 70 attack and is wielding an abyssal whip, does the victim unwield the whip when their attack is reduced by 10%? When charge is cast, it increases the amount of damage that the god spells can do. How long does this affect last?

what to merch with 200k?
With the amount of money you have, you might try going to Draynor on f2p worlds and buy willows at 20-25ea. Sell the willows in bunches of 1000 on the RS forums for 30-35kea. Merchanting commodities works best if you can afford to buy several thousand of whatever you are dealing in at a time.

high alchemy help :S
You might consider alching magic longs. You can buy all of your magic longs supplies and a nat for 1gp less than their alch value (1100 per magic log, 150 per bowstring, 285 per nat). Since you don't have the fletching level to make the longs yourself, you can always trade your supplies for longbows (this is an easy trade to make, just post to the forums). If you buy flax and spin your own bowstrings, you'll make a decent profit per bow. This, of course, assumes that you don't really care about leveling fletching and it is best to have 5 - 6 mil cash on hand as magic logs aren't cheap. edit: Whoops, you're not a member! Sorry.. :)

Need some magic help...(picture added)
You can always level hitpoints by training attack, strength, and/or range.

You can do it easily, you just have to run by some aggressive monsters.

How "rare" are some Random Events?
No, it is not a fact.

How "rare" are some Random Events?
You started off by saying that "they are not called Randomevents for nothing, they are just random they can appear anywhere", but went on to say that, "what u do increases the chance of getting it when u r doing skills like crafting its more likely to get a random event". Which is it?

How "rare" are some Random Events?
I just got done alching from 55 magic to 80 and while doing so, I agree with what this poster says. These three were the most common: old man with the box stupid evil twin camo man These seemed less common than the above three: freaky forester evil bob (the cat) the quiz show maze mime the new school random (which I love) I might say that out of the above, the maze, mime, and the new schoolhouse randoms are the rarest of the bunch. BTW - I think I have 22 fishing and haven't even used a pole or a net outside of the evil bob random. :) I've only had one frog random in my character's young life and that was while running an agility course. I alched with only bows, nats, and cash in my inventory with both public and private chat set to "off".

Worth selling santa to buy full drag or inf ? >.<
I think that if you are going to sell your santa or any rare for that matter, it should be either because you have no cash at all or you want a pool of cash to use to make even more money. The best option would be to sell your santa and then use the cash to make enough money to buy a santa as well as full dragon or infinity.

Best Training For Me?
I second this vote. You'll earn slayer experience while you level your other skills, slayer drops tend to be better than non-slayer drops, and you may discover a monster that's great for training range / mage / combat that you never thought to try before.

is luring allowed?
Your items are gone and based on the spotty information that you've provided, I don't see where any rules were violated. Don't bring anything into the wilderness that you wouldn't mind losing.

How could Defence Pure be useful?
Anybody who wants to see defense effectively used at the duel arena should check out the videos in this thread - super entertaining stuff! :)

shilo village help
It sounds like you are following a guide and that you didn't go through all of the dialog when talking with one of the npcs. Look through the guide and figure out which npc is supposed to tell you to make the amulet and then go talk to him or her again. Just a guess.

What should I do?? PLEASE READ THIS TOPIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Under "account recovery", select recover a lost password. On the next screen, enter your RS name and select, "someone else knows my recovery questions". On the next screen, enter all of the information requested. If things go well, you will get a note from Jagex saying that the password has been changed to the one you picked. The "hacker" will no longer be able to just change it back. Immediately after you get the letter from Jagex, set all new recovery questions. Perhaps you should do all of the steps mentioned above from a computer other than your own. As for your pin, I don't know what will happen with that. The situation you described happened to my son and the above steps are what we did to resolve the situation. The "hacker" hadn't set a pin on his bank so I don't know what Jagex will do to resolve that in your case. One last thing.. I watched my son log in one day and saw the hacker's ip address. When I helped my son do the password recovery, I mentioned this ip address in the "additional information" box. I also payed for a membership for his account at one point and I mentioned the email address I used when signing him up for that.
