Definetly not good replacement, pkers were very rare in the top of wildy, and they allowed you to atleast log out when you saw them on the map. As I stated before I didn't even see him on the map before he attacked me, and as replacements for pkers its extremely overpowered, it sucks. also pkers dont teleblock you, freeze you, poison you and do what-not to you in just a few hits.

To be honest I actually used protect from magic, but getting frozen doesnt seem to get protected. Plus, I didn't even see a yellow dot on the map when he started attacking me, and when I turned on protect from magic he ranged me. As I said before I might have made some small mistakes but that isn't supposed to kill you! Revenants don't even let you do ONE single mistake whatsoever!

I agree, revenants wont let you do even one mistake. Lost my clue scroll on it. I'm rather dissapointed over Jagex, they could at least have not implemented revenants. Plus, how in earth are you going to get ghostly robes now? (lucky i already have them) You have to talk to loads of npcs for a very long time and if you, like me, are interested in the story you just dont click as fast as possible. Now with revenants its gonna be impossible.

Im the Apathic player. When something bad happens, like I get killed and lose my fury, or get owned unfairly by the revenants and lose my clue scroll I go "aww man, i spent so much time on it... ah whatever." I never rant on the RSOF forums over anything. I just feel a deep sadness for half an hour and then I can laugh about it all.

Taking the PK out of wildy was bad enough. Making it dangerous by adding extremely overpowerful revenants and giving me a clue scroll that leads to the agility arena in wildy is just pure evil. I died, ofcourse. In three hits. Didn't have the time to drop everything. My little casket 'o goodness is forever gone. Darn you Jagex, darn you to heck! (If it wasn't for the fact that I am made out of pure apathy I would pobably have cried and screamed alot. And then rant on RSOF. Which i didn't. *sigh*)

So I was doing a clue scroll with a coordinate. Guess where I had to go... Just west of agility arena. I had struggled with this clue a very long time and finally I got to the highest point in the wilderness without getting disturbed by any revenants. I killed the zammy wizard, and started running down. then it happened... I didn't even see the revenant. He froze me, I started dropping other stuff like crazy. He did a 26 hit, then a 30 hit (i have 77hp as max, but i had no food left) I didn't have the time to drop everything. i died... i miss that clue scroll. All the time I put into it. It might have been something good too. I'll never know... I'm probably gonna quit runescape now. Jagex have ruined everything. Pk was bad enough, even though i don't PK. but now they have made something i really enjoy so viciously hard that its not even fun anymore. you cannot even afford to do ONE mistake in wildy. *sigh* I really loved doing treasure trails. Why are Jahex ruining everything? they didn't even HAVE to put revenants into the wilderness. what are your stories/opinions?

there is a 3k limit to giving other stuff,not trading in general-it is just owned monter hunting is dead as you cant get a share you dont know what your saying :| As i said in most cases it has no effect. Most monster hunters either solo anyway As for thoose that dont' just get used to useing loot share and dividing things up rather than dividing up value. Everyone is making mountains out of molehills. Why is as soon as jagex makes an update tht slightly damages a small group it is something "everyone" does i mean jeeze. Darkbow, barrows, cwars, pc and desert treasure have all had big long term impacts on rs than these minute little alterations noone is making mountains out of molehills. i do not know what you are doing when you play rs, but some of us are being a tad social to the friends we can trust but not meet because they live too far away. i don't skill or go solo all the time, ots not fun. loot share isn't good. it isn't fair. maybe you get a d chain but your friend never does. and now you cant even split. the trade system stinks. i gave full rune to my friend on his birthday and we had a nice time killing the ice queen together (we were a little newbie back then.), but now its a nono. and the drop parties are gone too. in rsc drop parties was extremely popular. and what is the point of POH when you cant have a drop party. ah well.

Yeah because black people never pays their taxes and stuff... That was the worst semiburn ever. You guys say that you dont want to become p2p, then you'll have to deal with the consequences? We p2pers are paying and that gives us some rights, like updates. I am not in anyway saying you are less worth as human beings. Stop whining, all of you. We are not thinking we are superior please, saying members are so full of themselves is like saying all free players are either beggars or scammers, or both. Please, give us members a break.

I'm usually a questlover but i stopped at half finished with this one. it was just like *effort*. i closed runescape out of sheer apathy and i am probably not gonna open it again soon.

runescape, fear, and frets on fire. i havent played runescape in a while now. but im sure ill come back to it eventually.

So, what does one call a person that probably has a 14 page dust devil drop log with another 8 people spamming "gl" for their post count, a sig that takes about 20 seconds to make in Paint Shop Pro and thinks that writing "hyt" with ashes is a grand enough accomplishment to merit making an avatar over? Come on, you know you're thinking it. OT: Happy Halloween! one doesnt call that person anything. he probably has his reason to do thing like that, and if you feel the need to flame him because of it then you shouldn't even be on here. maybe it did take him 20 secs to do the sggy, but who cares? it looks nice. you can take your attitude and go put it in a trash can.

i agree 100% i hate the word noob. i do not, and i will never, use the word noob. its just so pointless to call someone a noob because they're not exactly as you want them to be. now im angry. saying noob to someone just defines the quality of yourself, not the person you are calling noob. *sigh*

The quest slug menace is VERY similar to the short story "The shadow over Innsmouth" written by Howard Philips Lovecraft. and yes, in the quest you speak with a certain person that is named Lovecraft, he even says that is great-great-grandfather (something like that) was named Howard... Its too similar to be a coincidence, go a ahead and read the short story, and you'll notice. Howard Philips Lovecraft (or HP Lovecraft) rocks your socks, you guys should absolutely read some of his books and short stories!

my friends think that runescape is the most useless game in the world, since its so ugly, boring, wow is better etc. i stopped getting offended by that for a very long time ago.

earlier today i was in a very weird mood. i wanted to commit suicide without having a depression attack... :S now im just depressed.

you will complete underground pass before you know you even started it. desert treasure is tricky though, but i completed it at a lower level than you. just cannon dessous (blood diamond boss) (yes i know it is cowardly, but it really works).

actually no, i'd hate to see one of the oldest useless items in runescape turn useful.

MTK is Manage Thy Kingdom, a __________ where you place money in your kingdom's coffers, and pay your subjects to gather raw materials (like logs) for you at very reduced rates. oh thanks, manage thy kingdom was, for me, a dissapointment.

Actually, the Dragon scimitar, and MTK are awesome. D scimmy, is great for training. Although, the spec blows. And MTK, it is most likely, the main provider for seeds in RS. what is MTK? a minigame? i didnt see legends as a letdown though. i love quests, and legends came with a really beautiful guild too. look, i've been around since rsc, and many of you wouldn't understand this. but i don't tend to do very much in rs, i just walk around and have fun. i train when i want to, skill when i want to. i never feel any pressure. for people who started with rs2 i can imagine that rs is only for getting cash and leveling, for me it is for being social, having fun. and making cash :P

i actually always use runehq for quest guides and calculators i use zybez for price checks but i use tip it for skill guides and any random stuff.

i love this new shop update.

lost a fury + other stuff because of the generals leaving their home. really depressing.
