With the pirate bay coming to a close, i wanted to know, what are your views on file sharing and piracy. i personally download tons of music (legal in canada, :D) some movies, mostly ones im not allowed to watch normally, and only older games i cant find in the stores (sim golf, Risk II, Starwars GB, etc) I feel that for music, big bands and singers can make enough money off concerts, and most of the money from CD sales goes to the RIAA anyway.

I dont start till the 8th. I go to a really [cabbage] school though. They keep the grade 9's in junior high because the high school is too crowded. its also unhealthily small. we only have 185 kids in gr 7 - 9, and about 220 in elementary (yep were k-9). our only options classes are band (not taking, i got 25% in it last year) art(i suck at it) outdoor ed(im unathletic) french(mom makes me take, and the teacher is cool) cooking(meh the food sucks) leadership(pretty slack, and looks good on your resume) and computers(not programming, its just learning photoshop and office, i could do all this since gr 5 -.- ). yep, no woodshop or metalshop. also we have this thing called TAG groups, instead of homerooms. for the first 30 min of the day, you are stuck in a room with people from random classes gr. 7-9. its supposed to build "school spirit :lol: ", but it just makes me hate Gr. 7s more.

Here's what to do. Go to [my computer] open your ipod like its a flash drive. Use the search button to search your ipod for all files (make sure you click 'search hidden folders') then copy all the contents of your ipod to your hard drive. Wipe your ipod, then reload into itunes. (make sure all your songs transfer before you wipe). all your files are actually accessible from your ipod like any MP3 player, they are just in hidden folders. EDIT: the file names wil be something like HGYT or BSRC, not the song name. dont worry, when you put them into itunes, i gets all the track info from the internet (you may have to manually fix 1 or 2)

I dont know, Ive had bad experiences with AMD,the 2 AMD computers i owned fail in just over a year, no intel Ive ever had has failed. I thought the ssd was overpriced too, i may replace it w/ a fast HDD

I'm going to skip bluray.when bluray RW drives are cheaper, i'll add one on. Ill also look into another SSD.

Its been a while since I've looked into any SSD's, last time i checked it was like $350 for 80 Gigs. As for the ram, i wasn't aware that you needed ddr3, and the 8 gigs was a basic math fail on my part. Also, What do you mean by 1.65 v or lower?

I recently formatted my computer then reinstalled XP, and now my speakers wont play. i know they are working because they make a faint buzzing noise when i hold them to my ear. Is there some kind of driver i need to install? They plug into the olive green port on the back of the computer thanks
