Some prisons are definitely too relaxed. Prisoners get meals, exercise, books, tv, and the pleasure of sodomy. How are prisoners supposed to be punished among all these comfortable amenities???

Of course there are legal ways, but the number of people and the types of people allowed to use those legal ways have been greatly narrowed in the past 50 years. It all comes down to whether you think immigrants are causing a population problem, or whether a population problem even exists.

IQ tests are wrong

Immigrating to America is a lot more difficult today than it was 50 years ago. Each week, there are stories of families being sent back to their home countries because they stayed in the country illegally. Teenagers and young adults who left with their parents when they were toddlers are forced to return to a foreign country that the law says is their home, but which they have no connection to. Just today there was an article in nytimes about a family from Brazil who lived in America for 12 years, built a comfortable middle-class existence, but were forced to permanently return to Brazil this morning. Fifty years ago, this family could have simply went to one of numerous processing stations and entered the country legally. But today, even a tourist visa is difficult to obtain, and the consequences of overstaying are severe. All the discussions regarding the illegal immigration of lower-class Mexicans and the illegal overstay of middle-class Brazilians eventually lead to one question: Is America Full? Have we really become out of space in a mere 50 years that we can no longer accomodate these people? What do you think?

I.E. black people as a whole are not stronger or smarter than white people, but humans as a whole are stronger and smarter than dogs. Sure. You can use the Bible, the Quran, any other religious text, or just your own common sense to realize that humans are better than animals. Once you accept why we are better (e.g. God said so), you'll start asking how we became better. That's when you'll need evolution. Personal bias is rubbish. Some people in Copernicus' time didn't like the fact that the Earth isn't the center of the universe, but their bias didn't change the facts. The Bible has instances of people falling down and dropping things, but it didn't state that these instances happened because of gravity. Does that mean gravity is an interpretation issue? You can favor any interpretation you want, but only one interpretation is scientifically correct. That's what I was asking you. What exactly is wrong with evolution and why does it not fit your interpretation of genesis? It's not a matter of diplomacy. It's a matter of combining the correct scientific viewpoint and the correct religious viewpoint. Sometimes. But not in this case. In this case there is a clear, scientific explanation filled with evidence along with a biblical story that matches the science. Evolution isn't trying to replace the miracle of genesis. Evolution is the miracle. There's no such thing as irreducible complexity. Yes, but it's not wise to work under the premises that nothing is designed. You still don't understand. Disregard doesn't mean disprove. If you ask a class of students to look at this image, some of the students may think "God did this," other students may think "This happened independently." But either way, it is their personal opinion and does not affect their work, which is to study the scientific aspect of the picture. Actually, "wrong science" might as well be "not science." They mean the same thing.
