Sometimes when I am doing nothing, I get dizzy and my vision becomes blurry, and I start to lose my balance. It ususally happens right after I stand up. If I grab onto something or sit down, I can get through it. But one time I fell and hit my head hard. Anyone know what this is, and how I can treat it?

Philadelphia vs Dallas My Pick: Philadelphia Hear me out. Dallas has struggled in Philadelphia recently, and the game is in Philly. McNabb had an improved outing last week, and I'm betting on him to have a good performance this week, but McNabb isn't the reason I'm picking Philadelphia. The two main reasons are Brian Westbrook and Philly's defense. First off, Philadelphia is 8th in ppg allowed, compared to Dallas' 22nd ranking in ppg allowed. Philly's defense will also be getting Briank Dawkins back for around 30% of the snaps, another boost. Westbrook is a threat in both the running game and passing game, and I expect him to ahve at least 1 touchdown today.
