Are there any lessers with a safespot so i can pick up the drops? I dont wanna use the one in the wizards tower place near draynor, becuase i cant pick up the drops.

At 5 hour s a day thats is 500k exp a day if you play properly and do nothing other than cooking. SO around 14 days at 5 hours a day.

Sorry dont know the exact prices, but if you go to the Grand Exchange it gives the exact market prices and you could compare there.(I personally think black\white is the best). thanks for your input, i am already looking on rs forums for a set, i realise they are around 400k-1mill

For all F2P training of combat, assuming you are not bothered about drops, is the SOS. As you are a higher lvl player then just go to lvl 3 or 4 and train on creatures there.
