Training wise the MSB is far far better... But for damage, you cant beat a rune c'bow :)

I just notice the "Spritual Mage" link in the mosnters sction of the slayer guide is connected to the "Saradomin Priest" page in the bestairy... Just thought it may be of some use :)

I like this update, RCers took a bit of a beating when players attacks started taking prority in they wild (killed skele defense method), but this evens it out. And just wear a D Hide top and you'll be fine, the people on the fast path arent that accurate at 70 defense. Go RCing :)
