Edit - Preferences Mess around with some of the settings to optimise photoshop particularly 'Memory and Image Cache' and 'General' Try reducing the history states, as they eat RAM, and also the memory usage, as it will lag your pc if it's too high. Might not help, that's the logical answer to me though.

I LOL'ed. Meaning a good thing (for once!). I loved the jumping off buildings, and the flying was really well made. =D> Dunno if it counts here, though, since the graphics were made by JaGeX. Oh, and I used to think it said 'I'm starting to worry about rape'. :oops:

Your point being? Not all work we are 100% satisfied with. Everyone posts things they're not sure about. If you can work on a sig until you can't find anything else to do, then post it, it helps because the best of your ability went into the sig, and c/c will only improve your skill.

It may surprise you to learn that kids don't see something and then copy it straight out. I'll wager that out of 10,000 kids, almost none of them would see that in RS and then go out and do it, and think it would be ok. They're not that mindless. If you're against mistreatment of animals in RuneScape, then you shouldn't really be playing, as one of the main themes is killing stuff for no real reason. (You don't have to do your slayer task, it doesn't affect your real life if you don't.)

I'm going to resist the urge to be a smartass and actually try to define a 'sog'. You're lucky, this time. A pixel sig is one made by manually placing each pixel in place, to form an image when viewed at 100% zoom. Thus, something created in a complex program like Photoshop, which uses powerful tools to do all the hard work, is not counted as a pixel signature. It is usually very easy to tell a pixel signature apart from other styles, as most consist of a relatively simple design (compared to a digital photograph) with little anti-aliasing, although there are very good pixelers which can imitate this.

Technically, because Photoshop is a bitmap program, I could achieve the same result in MS Paint, no matter how complicated and photo-realistic it was. :wink:

Very nice, and I agree with Goru. Do something with the clouds, I think solid blocks of colour doesn't really flow well with the rest of the image. I still <3 it though.

[b]Rule of Thirds[/b] If you divide a picture into thirds horizontally and vertically, the intersections of the lines will be a good place for a point of interest.

Yea I was thinking about the left planet. It does look a little off from the shadow. I'll try mess with it and see what I get.

Sorry :oops: [b]Photoshop[/b] Adobe Photoshop, the industry leading graphics design program. It costs alot, but can produce almost any image. Works in a bitmap, as opposed to vector. [b]Vector[/b] Uses mathematic principles to create curves and lines which can be coloured etc. Is infinitely scalable, you can zoom in 6000% with no quality loss. Bitmap programs would just show the pixels it consists of.

A very good idea. My contributions: .JPEG a file type which compresses the image, sometimes degrading quality. Not to be used for pixel signatures. .PNG a file type which is best for pixel signatures, as it doesn't lose quality. Not good for graphical images, as it has a high file size. Tag synonym for 'signature'. Tablet hardware which uses a pen to draw directly onto the computer, like a piece of paper. Achieves better results than a mouse.
