Text is one of those things were the line between good and bad is incredibly blurred. Make sure it fits the colour scheme. Choose a good compositional placement. Don't put a jagged font on a fluffy bunny signature, etc. Make sure it isn't too big and takes over. Don't overkill on filters and blend modes. Use different sizes and placement. Of course, you can flout these general rules, that's what makes a good artist a great one. Following these general rules means you tick all the boxes.

That's exactly what happened to me this year. :x I used to get home from college at 4 and be asleep by 4.01, waking up at about 9pm, thus having to be awake from then on until I got back home at 4. Rinse and repeat.

As a general rule, games made from movies are rubbish. :x

I read an article in The Daily Mail today, that said that Paramount is not producing any movies in HD-DVD now, only Blu-Ray. So many people are saying that Blu-ray has officially won now.

Can't forget Crackdown. I'm looking for some more games, and what I have right now is kind of all that is good out at the moment. I have: Halo 3, Skate., Bioshock and Crackdown. When I went to the shops the other day, there were none that appealed to me. The only other one I want now is Guitar Hero 3. Wouldn't mind Call of Duty 4, but I already have 3 FPS, dunno if I can take anymore.

I always make sure to read the first post, that's if I look at a topic at all. If the topic title isn't interesting I probably won't look at it. If I look at the first post, and want to post, I usually won't read all the responses unless I'm particularly enthralled. Also, even if I have a valid point, I probably wouldn't reply to a topic with 3+ pages, just because I can't be bothered to look through them to find out if someone has already said what I wanted to say.

The original still worked because the land was also coloured, in correlation to the c4d's. I think the new version just looks too bland, there's too much green in it. Don't get me wrong I still like it, though. :D

Looks like a Sharpen filter, to me. Needs a border, also. And the render looks completely detatched from the background, you need to blend it in more.
