I'd go with titan since it also attacks the dust devils. I don't know what your def lvl is but the kebab drops keeps my health high enough to survive. (otherwise you can use the titan spec).

Skype is in no way a requirement to join TETAU :o, it's just an easy way to come in contact with other TET members other than ingame.

I'd use a T-bird with food at first, and when you have no use for it any more switch to a titan with scrolls.

If one brings an attacking familiar (a tort in your case) it is possible that Graar changes his target to the owner of the familiar. ;) So it is advised to bring a familiar that does not attack.

Slayer, for sure! It is fun, quick and you wont get burned out easily. Edit: you'll also make some good cash. :)

If you know what to do you'll be fine. When I started hunting tds (at lvl 100 cmb) I could get 6-8 kill a trip with only a tort full of food and some prayer pots (and super set obv.). As stated earlier, you might wanna get a better prayer boost since you will be praying all the time. Yea, but still a factor to keep in mind. Personally I didn't calculate the cost of a butler to 99 and I came money short at the end.
