I don't think Black demons in Tavelry drop any charms. Just the one with a different animation. Which is a very few.

Why not simply range greaters in wilderness? quiet, lots of greaters and you can just pick up the drops normally! Wilderness is stupid. Although it is an alternative.

Maybe they were never possible? People just assumed it was as it is a staff, and it's a mage. People copied off that database, and the rumour was widespread. Or jagex could jave just changed it.

Except for rune minotaurs. You only get back 1 shard. And spirit minotaurs. But then again, they alch for less then 300 gp each. You'll be losing profit off alching, but gain ...1.... shard back. Who makes those anyways?

I hate using prayer :(and safe spotting is something I really like to do/find... It's just impossible in the brimhaven dungeon as well as in the chaos tunnels (brimhaven thanks to the small dogs, and chaos is multi..) 1) It's multi. Theres still safespots. Hide at the northern passage, and range the ones to the west/east. 2) Why would you ever kill them at Brimhaven...? 3) Stop being cheap. Time saved = money made. Time = Money.

Protect melee and whack away like a regular prayer melee task? Always use the chaos tunnels, you get alot of charms there. I would say black demons are definetely within the top ~7 best tasks.

Whats so special about them? Why are they even in the game if the stats suck? do they have any vallue? Why are Brine sabres in the game? Why are Rune daggers in the game?

No, those are ghostly robes. Ghostly robes can be obtained through a miniquest after complete desert treasure, a member quest. Shade robes are just black. Like a black wizards robe, or a monk robe. But black. They look nothing special, and their stats suck. They are obtainable in f2p though.

Greaters have a lower requirement, but are worse than blacks.

But come to think of it, you'll be alot better off at yaks then black demons... alot.

Just go to Greaters. Or Waterfiends if you want to try.
