Well... it's what I call a "KB guide." Also, it's too crunched together. Try adding sections, and for the level's section add some text above it, add techniques, ect.

200k in items? Not bad at all... I guess the monster is ok, but the guide, equip, inv, is horrid. Try adding salve, super pots, take off lobbies, add monks, ect.

But for all combat purposes, no. When people say they are delayed, it doesn't mean they are slower it just means that it hits the opponents a few milliseconds after the original spell is casted compared to other spells.
