Forget soloing, unless you want to do 2-3 trips for 1 kill, and yes, you should be easily able to do it with your friend.

Because when rune axes first came out they were around 20-15k. People sold rune axes for minimum price, so the price fell in the GE. However, there is a 0 market for broken rune axes (literally) so it remains the same... which, of course, is the current (over)price.

You're probably using a whip, I would train controlled, but for the sake of answering your question, use attack, it'll speed up training, but make sure your def doesn't fall behind too much. :

Top is just... very rare, there are peole having 10 or 20 boots with no tops.
