Ahh, dear me. I've chosen my next 99 skill to be defense. Now i'm not too combat savvy, so what i wish to know is: 1) What is the fastest way of Training Defense? 2) What is the cheapest way of training Defense? 3) What is the most efficient way of Training Defense? *My stats if it'll help

Hunt Graahks for their hides. Their hides are around 5k i believe? You should be able to hunt them quickly enough for it to be efficient. And getting there and banking should be no problem (Spirit Graahk+Dueling Ring)

Berserker is only 1-5 less defense points i think and 1- str. It doesn't give prayer though.
