For a while it was super, super quick. Now it's back up to about 8 hours total from memory. Still a helluva lot faster (and easier) than oldscape.

I believe you can use the 3tick method on bonfires w/o any major trouble now so that would be best since bonfires give a boost to cooking xp. Sous Chef + 10% bonfire boost + Avatar (lets assume you are with one) + Dwarven Army axe. Have fun clicking 1.21 gigabillion times/h.

Rocktails (cooking) are somewhere between 1 and 2 gp/xp. Not sure on wines, last I checked about 11 (BXPW blew up prices).

Yes, it is the only option that our avatar has had the whole time. I believe to edit the buffs you need to have sufficient rank to edit avatars, that power is given and changed by leader.

Open your citadel map -> open the view resources tab (to the right of the spanner) then hover over the supply of choice. Obviously your upkeep will be different to ours.

Well then, strictly in terms of time spent doing it, Crafting is also exceptionally fast and thus worth considering. Time it takes to buy and fill 70 urns ~1 minute.

And you specify the best for him as in terms of xp efficiency. What if his best is in terms of time to do a challenge? Then he would answer my question as I posted it, saying exactly that, wouldn't he. OH MAYBE NOT.

Then that contradicts your original post. What do you clarify as "the best" because from what I can tell, farming is far from it. It isn't worth keeping. That answers your original question as I read it - how do you mean for it to be interpreted

From memory (again someone can surely do this who isn't me because I don't want to waste a day) the reward for farming is ~4.5k xp. Hardly even worth thinking about.

Crafting is ~47k xp (think it's 46880 but cant remember, can't be assed) for the time it takes to buy an rune 70 uncharged decorated cooking urns. Not that while it says make blah blah blah, just buying the uncharged and filling them with runes works a treat. Think it costs roughly 100k also. Do your numbers from there because I don't particularly know what numbers to use for crafting since...lolcrafting
