  1. Yeah, and how pissed off would an aborigine be if someone called them an African American? :P Speaking of which, how pissed off are you that when we think of Australians we think of Crocodile Dundee? 8-)
  2. Well, the dreadlocks aren't as prevalent in these, but you can kinda tell what I mean. [hide=] [/hide]
  3. Yeah, because that was worth a post... ... as is this one. :

    JaGEx >_<

Are you freaking blind or what? Didn't you go and search up MY own threads criticising parts of RuneScape? No because there's no point in arguing with you and because someone, named Est0rrath gave one already. The only thing around here that is blind is your faith in Jagex and all of their updates.
  5. Sue, your hair looks like Mickey Rourke's. :P
  6. Don't you mean Dianetics? Edit: oh ok. Didn't know they had a name for the practice. In any case, it is ok to practise the religion, not the church's practises. Therein lies the problem with Scientology. You cannot practice it outside their church. It is all inclusive. You must actively engage in the Church to practice the religion. It's involved in every level. By the by, yesterday they put up the massive cross on top of the Super Power Building. It's 50 feet tall and now the highest point in downtown Clearwater. 7. I don't really worry about where I came from. I worry about where I am now. A place so humid I can feel my nuts sticking to my legs and I'm a girl.
  8. I wouldn't say it's a choice, nor would I say they are all born that way. Some are made gay through events that have happened in their life. I have an aunt that's gay and I wholeheartedly believe the reason why was due to her father sexually molesting her as a child.
  9. A tithe is a tax. Tithing si voluntary, taxing is compulsory, at least whentalking about government.
  10. Is it really meant as a detterent? I think the fact that it is against the law should deter enough. Anyone else deserves their sentence. Well, I think they should be locked up forever, but since that costs a lot of money, for the price of a few ropes and finding a few tall trees, that's much better.
  11. The Bank of Clearwater building serves as it's current HQ building while the Fort Harrison Hotel is still being renovated. After it's completion, that'll be the new HQ building. Apparently they have many, many more places where these places live. And Clearwater is only for the upper, upper levels of Scientology. Downtown Clearwater is celebrity central for celeb Scientologists, though they often travel by bus. I know Travolta has been here many times, but never seen him.
  12. Q: What's the difference between a cult and a religion? A: How long they've been around. :P I may or may not have been wrong. Scientology considers Clearwater, Florida as it's world Spiritual HQ. That might be different than an actual HQ. :?
  13. I'm fine with it as a deterant. Especially on people like rapists and pedophiles. Even if it doesn't deter anyone else, it'll stop those people from ever doing it again. Maybe because it's all done in private? I know a good round of public hangings could go a long way to not touching little kids.
  14. I wouldn't say I'm really prejuidiced by that. It's just extremely irritating. And it's only ever them. Never a little kid of a confused old person, just a damn scientologist walking to some other place that'll take their money and help them with their "phaetons" or whatever they're called.
  15. I was taught to use a shotgun by my grandfather when I was younger. When we figured out I wasn't going to grow any taller than 5 feet, we decided to go with something a little smaller, lol. So these days I have a little .22 Derringer that my grandfather bought from Bill Jacksons, local sporting place, about 20 years ago. Works great. I keep it in my purse. I won't kill someone with it, but a well place shot to the testicles should probably work as well.
  16. As do I. Maybe I don't like them because I can't go one day without one of those little idiots stepping in front of my car against the light. You can always tell it's them because they have on khaki/black slacks, a white button up shirt, and no tie.
  17. I, like Zierro, refuse to be born with any sort of original or inherrent sin for people before us may have done. And if you want to attack me for what my ancestor did, I'll fight back only because I was attacked, not for any sense of retribution or in defense of what they've done.
  18. Well, I'm curious what people think about Scientology. I know a bit about it, but am not familiar with every bit of it. I guess I have a different take on it. I live in Clearwater, Florida. I work in Downtown Clearwater. If you don't know, the world Scientology headquarters are located in downtown Clearwater. The corner of Fort Harrison ave and Cleveland street. Actually, as I speak, I'm looking at it through my window since it's 2 blocks from me. Now, to anyone who doesn't know, they own about half of downtown Clearwater. Many streets have buildings that are blacked out. We have about 2 dozen blue busses that drive around shuttling them about. The Fort Harrison hotel being the main place of residency. And you guys have never seen the Thursday max exodus. Every thursday at about 9:15 am, you see roughly 2-3 thousand people come pouring out of the HQ and onto the street where they walk to wherever they're going. It's kinda scary. But being so close, it's amazing how secretive it all is. I don't think any religion could be so secretive about what they're up to and have some sense of legitimacy. What do you guys think of it?
  19. Well, I've talked about it before with my friends, and though they are young and most are pretty open sexually, a lot have the gay stigma when it comes to their backdoor teasures. :P
  20. So you are saying people from Trinidad (what you said in your post) shouldn't be offended by the "N" word? That's just personally opinion, I guess. No, I'm saying people who's ancestors are from Trinidad, in the Carribbean(sp?), and want to be called African-American, are dumb.
  21. I don't evenc are if they can be rehabilited. In my book, if you touch a child like that, you're done. I'll shoot you myself.
  22. She had some sauage. lol But I had a turkey and cheese sandwich, Doritos, an apple, and a swiss cake roll.
  23. Well this past week was a huge upgrade. Here's to next week not being a upgrayedd week.
