As far as the politicians pushing for it, it's all about power. They like people dependent on government. And we all know that's true. With that, I'm out of this topic.

It was only changed to 21 becaose of all the high school kids getting killed behind the wheel. I don't mind idiots like that killing themselves, but when they kill other innocent people I kinda understand. I'm pretty neutral on that.

If no other sane person disagrees, why don't we have them? Why did drug dealers get them before rapists and murderers? And why have resolutions presented been defeated? That's only because drugs being illegal have such a hige price. it's the government that inflates the cost of drugs, and makes them so expensive. Much like alcohola dn tobacco. If you can't control your use of drugs, then I really don't care. I'm for the legalization of all drugs and I've never had a drop of alcohol, take a puff of a cigarette, or any recreational drug of any kind. Penn & Teller did a great BS! show about drugs a few years back. But hey, that's another topic.

That's because the only person you want to discuss things with is the person who agrees with you. No, I just don't want to discuss things with people who are so totally the polar opposite of me since all we'd do is argue, like we're doing now. You're ignoring every good thing the government has done and using examples of only bad things. And it's a damn good thing they get involved with drugs and prostitution. What are you, 16? Why do you keep acting like you could do a better job? 24 And it's none of their business. Drugs should have the same restrictions as alcohol. If you're not under the influence in public or behind the wheel, if no one's business if you do drugs. And prostitution is also no one's business. That is your body and you should be able to do with it whatever you want. Government has no right to restrict sex between consenting adults in any manner, whether it be homosexuals having sex, or people having sex for money. The only things that shopuld ever be illegal are things that violate someone else's right to life, liberty, or their property.

Then he was convicted to raping another women, and gets out after only 7 months. Then he kidnapped and raped a girl and held her captive for over 18 years. Drugdealers get mandatory sentences for their crimes. So if they're sentenced to 10 years, they serve every last day. So do you think that rapists, who if we're honest commit a far worse crime than dealing drugs, should recieve mandatory sentencing for the crimes they're convicted of?

I was talking about how our government when it comes to local stuff is absolutely awful. And let's face it Government doesn't run things well. They don't do things well. They just screw stuff up. Or they get involved in matters that aren't anyone elses business, like drugs or prostitution.

I dislike liberals and what they stand for. Me_Dilsike_Liberals I thought was a bit too long of a name. And since there's no one with whom I can have any real sort of discussion with, since I'd only be arguing with the liberals here, I'm gonna stop.

Probably both. I'm not anti-Jagex, but I am anti-Jagex goals. I'm not much in favor of what they want to accomplish these days, but those are differences in opinions. I still think they created and run a brilliant game. I just take issues with their updates and upgrades. And I'm hardly spoiled in real life. But as far as the game, yes I am spoiled. I've played the game for around 7 years. I've done everything there is to be done, minus certain skill things that I can't do due to level restrictions. I've also been spoiled by content they've released in the past. This year's updates pales in comparison to years gone by and we all know that's true.I've been on thes forums for 5 years and I've never had really any reason to complain, until this year. I don't know the irection MMG wants to go. Most of the people that work for Jagex I'd say I rather like what they do and hope they continue to do it well. And oh yeah, I'd be happy to change that Jagex logo to a MMG logo if I could find a good MMG graphic to use. I'd rather be more specific in my disagreement with him than the company as a whole.

Yeah, who needs hospitals? And police stations, those are so overrated. And the kids today don't like school either way, so why do we have them? Stupid government :shame: Well, I was rerring to bridges to nowhere, constant waste in government, corruption, complication of the tax code K street lobbyists, etc. And around here, they've cut off so much funding for police stations and hospitals it's not even funny. But hey, we're going to get a 50 billion dollar light rail from Tampa to Orlando that'll take 20 years to complete and no one will use. And yes, government is stupid. Very stupid. And very corrupt. What exactly makes the man on $13k a year's life any less valuable? What if he was born into a poor family in a very impoverished area and he had to get a job straight out of school to support his mother, and there was no possible financial way for him to try and get some qualifications to "pull himself up"? And the CEO would more than likely have private healthcare anyway - all universal healthcare does is provide a certain level of care to everyone, not ban people from paying for better healthcare if they want to. Don't you support eugenics anyway? I'm a christian, but I think it is ok. I'm the "interpret the bible in your own way" Christian. I (unlike other belief-fundamentalists) think for myself. "Our" God is one of love, and that is what sexuality (in all its forms) is all about. God is supposed to love everybody. The bible is an ancient book, some stuff might be lost in translation, and it shouldn't be taken literally. IMO, it's a book full of metaphors, and guidelines (not rules) on how to live "properly". That being said, I still find it awkward when I see 2 guys making out. I can't help it. And, along the same line, I'm quite the hypocrit just like Das. But then again, there's a lot of hypocrisy in Catholicism, so that fits :lol: A Christian who thinks for themselves is a bit of a contradtiction in terms isn't it? lol Anyway, I think most people don't want to watch two guys make out because guys are gross. Girls are beautiful and two girls having sex is a very attractive site. Two guys having sex tends to be a lot of grunts and sweating. Ugh. :-#

I'm on f2p as well since I refuse to pay memberships for the remainder of the Upgrayedd year. And yes, I'm complaining because I've been exposed to it and actually know what I'm talking about. The kid in Africa may not know what it's like to eat a hamburger, but if I get one that's overcooked, I know it's overcooked. The African wouldn't know it's overcooked because he's never had one. So by your logic I can't complain about an overcooked hamburger because a kid in Africa has never had one and would be happy to simply have one. Now that I think about it, that sounds like something my mom would say. And the point I was making is that Quel is a Jagex mark and a suck up.

I still annoyed at people who don't know the difference between racism and bigotry. Racism is really the blief of genetic superiority of one race over another and often the subsequent belief in the superior race holding control over the alleged inferior race. While bigotry is simply the resentment/dislike/hatred of someone because of their race.

They can just never do no wrong is his eyes. As long as he stays f2p, yeah the game is exactly the same to him so he never sees anything being altered. I'd probably like them too if I had never given them money. :roll:
