If only trailers could float... We have a major army ready to go in the south. They have their own breeding system set up to to replace any of those would be lost. Called incest. A whole army of mutant babies with 3 arms and 2 1/2 legs in floating trailers, attacking our enemies. Beats the hell out of suicide bomber. 8-)

Runescape requires much less skill. Less perfect timing, tell hand-eye reflexes, less planning, etc. It does require better skill when it comes to long term planning and actions.

Because prisons are places necessary to our country. Though if possible, the prisoners should have to work to at least to take a part of the cost. There are certain justifiable uses of taxes. Firemen, police, military, roads, etc. Those are all things included in the US constitution and are part of living here. That was what our country was founded on. It was not founded on porgressive income taxes, nationalized healthcare, banning substances. it was about freedom. remember that. And as much financial freedom as religios. As for being founded with terrible religious controls and stuff. I know. Don't criticize me on that. It was bad. And if she can't afford to take care of herself in every way needed, than she needs to be doing something else or something more.

A progressive income tax was one of the main tenets of Communism was put forth in the Communist Manifesto by Karx Marx. Just wanted to point that out. Oh, and I'm a supporter of the Fairtax. It's all rather complicated to get into on here, but take a look. http://www.fairtax.org Basically, it's a revenue neutral tax code, ie we take the same amount of cash as we do now, andit's a National Sales Tax that would replace all other forms of federal taxation.

Well clearly her business isn't making enough money to sustain her. So she should do something else. Now you might say why should she have to change her life and so forth just to get healthcare blah blah. Well I'd ask why I have to have my taxes/my life be taken to afford her?

Yeah, would suck if there was a bug where I'd log into my account, but my display name was something like Mtomali and I was confused for being a self-righteous loser. j/k Omali  -
He makes it out at some point in the article that 105 millon players have "touch" Runescape or whatever it is. I'm pretty sure that it's been 105 million accounts created. And about 75 million of them were chinese bots. -.-

I disagree with anyone who chooses to ignore such a large part of the game and what it has to offer. Whether they want to be straight combat or straight skills. Little thing we like to call balance. :

The fact of the matter is, they have earned it. Physical labor is not automatically hard work. CEOs either worked hard in school and quickly moved through the ranks of a large company, or had a great idea and worked hard to make it real. I think you missed my point...my point was, just because they're an "uneducated moron" doesn't mean that they haven't worked hard. Or if you want to get picky, it doesn't mean that they've worked less hard than the CEO. And haha at the bolded part. They worked hard. Physically. Physcial labor, while very taxing, isn't exactly an uncommon thing. Someone using mental labor, will always be paid more because that thing is more uncommon than phyiscal labor. That's a simple matter of supply and demand. We are however, in the positions we are in in life because of the decisions we have made, and we will act and be treated justly.

Plus Government run healthcare would kill any private healthcare for one simple fact. Private compnaies have to make a profit. The government is does not have to meet this objective. Not that private healthcare is all the great anyway. I'd like to point out something else. Remember about 2 years back that scandal with all the mistreatment the soldiers from Iraq were getting. The people injured there. Well Walter Reed Hospital was treating them terribly. This was a government run healthcare that was meant to take care of active soldiers. The people we're meant to care about the most. And they got this. Could you imagine how an oridnary citizen will be treated?

That's an excellent point. I hadn't thought about the summer in particular but once you point that out I'm quite surprised that they didn't do just that. Great, somone of Tip.It complimented me. You know you've just started the chain of events that'll lead to the end of the world don't you?

By that logic, it's immoral that you're taxed to pay for roads that you don't drive on or to pay for schools that you'll never personally attend. Yes, and it is. I personally don't agree with government schooling. Not that they can even do it well anyway. As far as roads go, I'm a pretty strict constitutionalist. I believe in limited Government, as well as government should be done primarily on the local level. Roads should be paid by local and state taxes and be built/repaired by the paying of those taxes. It wouldn't cost any more or less, and it reduce further federal buercracy and corruption. I should note I'm a Libertarian. As far as the guy who said it's a me first attitude, pretty much. Only we call it rational self interest. Taxes are the taking of my m oney, from my job. My job is my time that I have put into being paid that money. It's my life. Taxes are the taking of my time and my life. To use that money to subsidize other people is to steal my life, my time, and appropriate it to them. I do not, and I will never, recognize anyone as having first right to my life, my time, my body before me. Not by man, god, or government. A further example being me against any forms of draft or compulsory volunterrism. It's my life and my body. Government has no right to force me to go somewhere and sacrifice it for their cause. If I voluntarily choose to do it, like our current military, that is another matter.

1) Not funny. Not ven remotley funny. 2) I'm too busy being addicted to Doritos and strawberry soda to have time for Runescape.

This interview, not surprisingly, didn't tell us one [deity]danmned new thing about anything. Other than Mechscape might have a beta next year... maybe... perhaps... possibly... eventually... someday...
-
My thoughts are you haven't played for three years and i'm sure it would feel like a whole new game. Now if you had played in 2008, 2009 would seem like a whole new game too, but not for the better.

I'm not a fan of Jagex... at the moment.
-
Being twenty-four, summer means nothing to me as far as playing online games. If anything, Jagex seriously dropped the ball in the respect that even if during an Upgrade year, they should have had something really good for the summer for the kids to play, as this is definitely the high point of their year as far as play time. But this summer was a very skint three months. A couple of quests, and MA. If there was ever a time they should've had something, it should've been during the summer months. (June, July, August)

I don't agree with their current leadership and the decisions he has made. As a simple player, I cann't change it no matter what I do. Hence the first part of my sig. Second, the particular issue I take with them is this Upgrade year. I don't like it. I'm also a big fan of the movie Idiocracy, so that's why I spell it Upgrayedd. The third part is just who I am. I'm not anti-Jagex, I'm not anti Runescape. I simply have a different view of things than they do and do not shy away from vocalizing it.

Honor PKing is only a notion invented by people to try and guilt you into situations where they'd win. Basically they use what is good in you against you by trying to blackmail your conscience. Just like in FoG, it's anything goes. Running, praying, etc. Everything is valid if it leads to you winning. It's meant to be dirty, dishonorable, and a gritty fight. Get used to it if you want to PVP.

Nice impression of me :ohnoes: I do think it's a bit dismaying that they can't say if it'll be 09 for Mechscape or not. Tbh I was expecting it a month ago. But I suppose there is only 3 months or so left until 2010, finishing it up might even drag on that long. I hope not though :wall: No, that's my impression of you. -
Yes well some people in here are total tight [wagon]. So unclench and relax. 8-)
-
You know I just can't resist some [kitty] that's gonna end up leading me into a whole lot of trouble. Still talking about cats people. 8-)
-
No one really wants to talk about the philosophy behind nationalized healthcare. I personally don't think that anyone should be reuqired to pay for the substenance of another person. Tax dollars are taken forcibly from me to pay for someone else. Doesn't anyone else think that is wrong? I don't need charts and graphs to tell me whether or not it'll work. I don't care if it works. Whether it works or not doesn't make it right.

How did you know I love psychopathic cats?

Fine, poor choise of words. Rants should be an informal debate while the Debate section can be serious. My point is that people still confuse the two because they're way too serious in here. Mmmkay? :
