Is it just me or are your views ironically quite liberal? Regardless, I agree with you to a degree on drugs. Certain drugs can be used recreationally while allowing the user to continue to be a functioning member of society (ie. somebody who can work and pay tax). However, there are other drugs that leave the user incapable of holding down a job when abused in the long term. The former should be legally (but restricted) and the latter should still be illegal. I think prostitution should be legal as it allows the business to be monitored and controlled, prohibition has never worked - it only continues because it would be political suicide to legalise it. That's because you think of things a bit too much in conservative/liberal. I'm a libertarian, so I basically believe in limited government. That means hands off on pretty much everything. Drugs, prostitution, religion, taxes, etc. The easiest way to describe it as conservative fiscally, though conservative are hardly fiscally responsible. GWB in his 8 years did not once veto a spending bill of any kind. And liberal on social issues, like drugs and sex.

So does the lottery, marriages, and a whole lot of other crap the government is absolutely fine with. The amount of double standards they have is disturbing. I wasn't aware getting married would turn me into a homeless prostitute. Your husband takes everything you own, sells it, takes the money and divorces you. Legally. You are now homeless. Happend to a guy I met. You know Hulk Hogan? :o Oh and Jeremy, I'm a female, so that's why. And phish, that was one of my point. Drugs, which are not a great thing but not the worst by close have mandatory sentences, but rapists and murders have some flexibility. Bullcrap.

I did the quest 3 days after it was released and with no guide because Jagex asked the sites to not make a guide. THAT was hard. :P

He's just a mark. Don't bother with anything he says. He's waiting until he can marry Jagex. Take Omali for example, there's a lot I know we disagree about, but you know what? As it relates to factual information about the game, I've never heard him say one single thing that was untrue. On the flip side, I've never seen Quel say anything interesting or wasn't the a Jagex talking point said to a T. Omali, if I dated guys, I'd be so reverse raping you. ;)

I think you severly underestimate the potential of the new game engine.

Clicking on the screen to move instead of the minimap is causing me to do some extra running and going to places I don't wanna go. I think some of the things are a little off and will need tweaking.

The problem is that everything over at Jagex is a work. I don't need the constant surprises, not like they have any to surprise us with, but tell us what's coming. You can hold back on some things, but you don't need to keep *everything* a secret. They need to for once just shoot with us and be honest. And they don't like schedules because they don't like to be held accountable to any sort of standard.

Bet you your insurance sucks. And how does it make you feel knowing that your government spends more per person on health care and still comes up short compared to nationalized health care countries? Or that if we need any sort of surgery, operation, or x-rays we pay next to nothing for it while Americans pay in the 10's of thousands? Or that the choice between being healthy and getting that pain in your gut checked out by a doctor vs being ruined financially is non-existent here? I'd say it's the government getting involved as much as it does and is screwing that all up. And you may pay next to nothing, but believe me, someone else is paying for it in the end. I have great health insurance. Because I'm live alone, pay for only myself, and don't smoke or drink, my costs are very low. I'm very well able to take care of myself and have even had surgeries done with minimal issue.

You guys are lame. General opinion doesn't mean [cabbage]. At one point, the majority of voters thought Obama was a good leader and look how wrong they were. Well, that's a bad example since there weren't really any other options. A better example would be the Salem Witch Trials. I will admit that it takes some weight off of yourself when someone backs you up, but come on, I've been through much worse and made it out alive. :lol: For me, too many people in these forums that are liberal. Why is it Americans feel the need to label people as democratic, liberal, conservative, etc? Americans are the only people I ever see doing it and it's a bit silly. Oh, and I feel I can sum up 90% of people's mind sets who are against GOOD health care when it comes to insurance: "[bleep] you, got mine" Until they actually need to use it for serious health issues and find that the insurance company will do anything to get out of paying for it, or that their insurance doesn't cover it, or they still have to pay thousands of dollars. Keep livin the dream America I grew up poor as hell. I'm getting mine. I'll keep living this dream of being self suffiicient without needing the government's help. It's sweet.

Like almost everything in RS. It does sound vaguely like a skill. But i'm going to bite my tongue and just wait to see what it really is... I'll laugh if it's a skill and it's the f2p one.
