Going to start slaying in a few days. What items do I need to add/swap to be most efficient? I plan on using turmoil every task. get tassys + sw cape + some (i) ring?

I would love environments like the forest shown in the video but they cant really work in game without a big graphics/engine update. I would rather Jagex fix existing content and make existing places look better first though. The tree gnome stronghold and village are some of the biggest eye sores I can think of, and the grand tree really has potential to be amazing.

Although the Dungeoneering requirement is new. The others have been on RS Wiki for months. Oooo is that fairly recent? I remember talk in the RSOF before about it being 40 dungeoneering. Sounds pretty promising with a high-ish initial introduction of a skill into a questline. Perhaps we'll unlock a new bind too \:D/ 3 binds at 65 DG? At first I thought this sounded silly but now I think it might make sense as a means to speed up the ever slowing skill. I'm not sure if we're to the point now where it's REALLY needed, but I don't think I would object to getting a 3rd bind at such an early level. (provided the quest was super hard)

Trying my best to fill Langer's shoes. Hope it goes well. Relevant text hasn't been changed from his last post. Update of the top 15 1. Skiller (previously Aasiwat) : 2,49B xp. This week was much like last week with skiller training multiple skills such as Mining, Smithing, Herblore, Summoning and a bit of slayer. He should get 2,5B xp this week. Coming milestones: 100M ranged , 100M farming, 100M summoning, 50m Herblore and 2,5B xp 2. Jdelacroix : 2,35Bxp. Recently passed Zarfot for the #2 spot. Dungeoneering seemed to be the name of the game this week for Jdelacroix with a bit of Slayer, Thieving and Farming on the side. Coming milestones : 100M xp ranged and 100M HP 3. Zarfot 2,35B xp. Inactive. 4. Drumgun : 2,34B xp. This week Drumgun became the first player to reach 9 skills at 200m exp by maxing Ranged. He has also gained consideralbe exp in Thieving, Fletching, and Firemaking. He's been the player with the most skills at 200M since last summer but how long can he hold that title with players like Telmomarques and Jdelacroix in good position to get 9 also? Drumgun has mentioned that Prayer may be his next 200m target, but that we should stay tuned. Coming milestones: 50M firemaking, rank 3 on this list. 5. Telmomarques : 2,20B xp. Another slaying and effigy dumping week for Telmo with an impressive 40M in weekly exp gains. He recently reached 50M slayer exp making it his 12th skill over 50M exp. Rumor has it, he's gonna move to prayer soon. Coming milestones : 100M HP, 50M Farming. 6. Elvis : 2,17B xp. Still training crafting and slayer as Telmomarques continues to widen the exp gap with him. Coming milestones : 100M WC and 100M HP 7. Elias : 2,02B xp. Elias has achieved his 6th 200m skill with Dungeoneering and has moved on to Slayer. 8. Gertjaars : 2,02B xp. Gertjaars is back to being inactive gaining 0 exp this week. 9. Paperbag : 1,93B xp. Recently hit 100M Ranged exp making it his 9th skill above 100M exp. Paperbag is about 3 weeks away from reaching 2B xp. He's gonna run out of buyables pretty soon at the pace is going through them and the real challenge will begin for Paperbag. Coming milestones : 50M HP 10. S U O M I : 1,91B xp. Still training Dungeoneering and Runecrafting. A chart from a fellow poster has showed him to be in the best position to max out all skills especially taking into account his playing time. Coming milestones : nothing in sight 11. Kingduffy : 1,87B xp. New to the #11 spot passing and inactive Lan is Kingduffy. It looks like Tezz will be passing him soon for the #11 spot though which will push him back to 12. Coming milestones : 100M WC 12. Lan : 1,87B xp. 0 exp gained this week. 13. Tezz : 1,87B xp. Still slaying at an amazing speed, Tezz roars toward 200M. Expect him to pass both Lan and Kingduffy shortly for spot #11. Tezz is also overdue for an effigy dump so expect to see some big numbers in the next week or two. Coming milestones : 100M summon 14. Erw J : 1,85 xp. Inactive. 15. Green098 : 1,75B xp. Still hunting effigies through ranged. She achieved 100M Ranged exp this week and shows no signs of slowing down. She will gain a rank from Erw J is about 2-3 months if she keeps this pace. Coming milestones : 100M HP

that could simply be people doing the 1 click method, since u can only click during 1 opening that means u all would be runnin at the same time and pattern Sadly though they are most likely bots. Sorc botting is getting to be a major thing, much like green dragon killer bots. <sarcasm> But Jagex got rid of the bot problem, remember? </sarcasm> As soon as wildy and free trade comes back, I bet we will be seeing a hundred times as many. I just want to see JaGex do a mass banning about a month after free trade comes back to scare away new botters.

I don't get posts like this. If you manage your time well you can be super social and still play this much. -Scape for 10 hours going to class when its time to -Still have 6 hours before you go to sleep (if you sleep for 8 hours) -You're in college, you might not have a job. If you do, you can work part time (20 hours/week) by going in 4 hours a day 5 days a week. -Still have 2 hours to blow? go to a party or study cause its a weekday and there isn't anything fun going on. -If you went and hung out with friends each day of the week, study like a fool on the weekend. -Hit some parties and get less that 8 hours of sleep because its the weekend. I play around 14 hours a week btw

If I had the prayer points I would bless their grave. Even if it only saves them a few 100k. If I didn't have the prayer, I would pick up their items and trade them to the player. If I had no prayer and no inv. space they might be SOL. I can only go so far out of my way to help. Even if I came across a phat through this I would return it to the owner. I can only imagine how much it would suck to lose mine in such a way.

Well yes, humans are inherently selfish, which is why I can partially understand exchanging the items for junk. But dropping it all afterwards? They're just out of touch with reality. Lots of viruses benefit the people who make them. Things that get passwords, CC numbers, peoples identities, etc. I wouldn't say that people make them for the lulz though, there are much easier ways for programmers to get lulz. I disagree with the bolded text in dragons post. Call me naive but I think that people are inherently good. I'll agree with lalala that people are selfish though, it's human nature to protect and put yourself first. However, being human gives us the power to ignore out instincts and do whatever the [cabbage] we want. People choose to be good, saying that they can't help it sort of seems like an excuse to not even try. oh and it's totally messed up that the guy stole all his cash and then wiped his bank. unspam: getting stuff for farming juju potions.

I've done plenty of 10 hour days but I don't think I could ever do more than a few hours in one sitting. I think 14 hours is the most I've ever played in one day.

To talk about the icon switching on the interface for a second. I always thought that something like this would work. Took like 2 mins to make. -Tasks/quests are in the same section and you change between the two with tabs in the menu. -The dungeoneering Thing is always there because you don't want 2 empty slots and its nice imo. -Everything else stays the same. I don't really like that tasks were moved in front of the skills menu but I'm sure I'm only a few days from getting used to it.

I think that comment refers to me so I'll take the courtesy to respond. RWT-measures work to some extent, on most RWT-sites you have to give your pass/pin in order to receive millions on your account. This is a step too far for some kids. Putting our accounts at more risk equals to being responsible to you? How exactly? Even the best virus scanners can't detect every keylogger and a bank pin is handy if the hacking-program isn't taking screenshots with every mouseclick. Being responsible is one thing, assuming that every person has a high knowledge of computer programs (like you probably do) is another. You would only be able to trade between veteran accounts. That means that you would have to risk an account with x amount of time played on it if you wanted to buy gold or items. I think that takes more balls than giving a site your password to put gold on it. Sites that have to have enough credibility to still be in operation. It isn't hard to keep your computer/password secure.
