Sadly, you realize that there is no way for JAGeX to check how old you are. Perhaps an IQ test, something that someone only in grade eight and up or so could answer properly? Of course obtaining an answer sheet would be quite easy, but it would delay not only macroers making new accounts, but also eight year olds who say "I don't want to do all this!" and leave.
