well this proves herblore as toughest 99 on time/amount of 99s :P top 3 skills in toughness are obviously herblore, mining and rc/agility (which is it anyway?)

Doesn't really matter: an oak plank gives 60xp, no matter do you build oak larders, chairs or spoons. Have to correct you there, check the exp on armor stands. Have to correct you too vmser ;) he is correct, its just 60 xp per plank, you actually use armour to build the stand :)

And fletching (and definately fletch-x) came out before Tzaar cave and was one of the easiest skills to level. You also gotta rememer that getting the fire cape requires pretty high levels, preferably in many skills, good equipment, little practice and luck. It's nothing compared to farming which can be profitable, you risk nothing at it and you basically don't need anything else than a hatchet, a bit of cash or some bows to start "merchanting" with. I'd personally say it's somewhere 1:500 to find a person with a firecape. They might be pretty common sight in few specil places, but that's it. That 1:500 is based on my own beliefs. There's somewhat 200,000-350,000 paying members and at least I can't belive there would be many thousands with the fire cape with all these low and middle-leveled characters. Angel was the char that got banned, not Wicked. For Metalman92: Tertsi = retired years ago Whodabest = banned, after that made few chars, including P O K E Y which have been banned too. Iampenguin = gave char to a friend and it got banned. Masterlance = banned Gormis = Same thing as for Iampenguin. Banned for giving char away. Equalizer T = Retired/highly inactive. Seen like once in RS2. Dravenstormn = Retired. Had quite big role in RSD during rs2 time. Gormis was banned for suspected char sharing. After he was banned from here I played Helbreath with him and his wife Aleshea for a while. He had told me that because of his line of work he traveled and played RS on his laptop. In doing so he had come up with multiple Ip adresses and they banned him. You know how quick Jagex was to throw in the ban towel back then when people lvl'd such as Gorm was. i'd advice everyone who intend to do quest to have 99 agility, otherwise it would be nearly impossible
