You have to be wearing full black armour (excluding gloves and boots [and shield in the case of 2Handers and Halberds]) and only black weapons will damage it. Added the hally. It's too slow for my tastes, I just prayer flick.

Well if those are the only chioces: firecape -at least during busy periods doing damage is much more important than pray bonusses- scimitar -the str difference doesn't really do anything for the black long, the speed does- zerker/row -zerker is best since you need to get kills as fast as possible: the boss has little defense so a warrior is a bit "overkill"- Why did you even consider the explorer ring? +1 Prayer or whatever it does. These aren't the choices I'm asking for advice on, I already have my setup. I just listed all the possible things that could be used for normal melee attack. When you say "only choices" does that mean I'm missing some things or what?

How does this look? EDIT: Black defender does NOT work. EDIT 2: Fixed picture. Black sword isn't that good of a choice since the defender doesn't work for some reason.

Got 86 Woodcutting today. I'm liking the Adze less and less since no one seems to know what it is and what it does. So I end up having to explain everything about once every 5 minutes it seems. I went and did my Iron Dragon task today and was greatly rewarded! With a dragon skirt. Woo. \ And now I'm in the middle of a 197 Abby Demon task, nothing noteworthy so far...

10/10 because the bank is exciting to look at. It's such a nooby bank! No organization! Look at all those worthless items! Who has th- oh. 3rd age melee pieces... and full range... Never mind.

Got 71 Mining and 74 Smithing today. Might be able to get 75, not sure if I have enough bars. My vulture will be all grown up soon, so I'll take a picture of it later.

Got 72 Agility from the Penguin Hide and Seek. Got 85 Summoning for fun, though it's not as cool since Granite is now dropping in price... Got my vulture, raising it, it's cool. I get to go with my girlfriend to her college tomorrow.

Just a word of advice with TT guides. If it's not on Tip.It's then it's not on HQ's. When I was still there I pushed and pushed for it to be updated. It took over a year for the 'new' emote clues and other clues that came out then to be uploaded. HQ has the worst TT guide.

Exactly. What I've noticed in all my time of playing is the attitude that both sides take. PKers are better than everyone else because they can kill people at very low levels and are better fighters and could kill me easily if they wanted to. (Or so they said) While the Skillers are better than everyone else because they can kill trees and fish and rocks at very low levels and are better firemakers and could out-cook me as easily if they wanted to. I never saw a real hatred between the Skillers and the PKers, I think they knew that one really couldn't exist without the other. What I did see was how they both treated the 'normal' players of Runescape. "scrd n00b i culd pwn u in wildy n im nly lvl 60 lol gf n00b" "I have ten 99 skills and I'm level 3." I personally would love to see very Skill friendly places have combat requirements slapped on them, and have future Skill updates be combat related. AND have good combat training or combat related areas have hefty Skill requirements to be able to access or use Quests are nice.

Got 95 Slayer. I like the Chaos Tunnel daggs.

Nothing but Slayer today. I was complaining about how bad Dark Beasts were and then I got a Dark Bow. So that was cool. And then I made over 150k off a Dagganath task. Woo Chaos Tunnels. Should get 95 Slayer tomorrow.

We already know that playing Runescape is a great help for doctors.

Not much went on today. Got 85 Woodcutting with the help of my Adze. Did a few uneventful Slayer tasks and a few pathetic clue scrolls.

It took me a month or so. I started trying to get it when it came out and the drop rates were really messed up. 33% Boots. 33% Legs. 33%. Hat. 1% Top. And then after a while the rate was fixed and I got it. During that time I helped write the guide for RHQ. :wall: LJ isn't really worth getting though. The Mage Book isn't related to fire or woodcutting, but I'll take a picture later.

My stats are in my blog. It's a dragon axe. It's a rune pickaxe. While woodcutting there's a 25% chance of burning a log giving you the full wooductting and firemaking experience for that log. It never breaks. It's great for the Abyss.

But it's still cool.

91 Firemaking. Should get 92 tomorrow, top off the final beacon, and get myself an Adze.

Got 90 Firemaking yesterday. Should get 91 today and 92 tomorrow. The Adze shall be mine soon! Here's a pic of my Slayer setup. (Other setup is Whip + DFS) Kind of went on a date thing today... I'm happy.

I know plenty of people who have never touched a cannon, myself included. Dark Beasts aren't as nice as they once were, the Blue Charms are nice. And you can tank them, which is nice.
