Shall I make fun of what was it...the 40 game losing streak of the Leafs (not that I was happy about this)? :D Put it this way, you lost to a team twice that is on a 5 game losing streak. Atlanta sports just isnt watchable anymore, the Thrashers are in a horrible slump, the Hawks just blow, the Braves havent done crap and are a horrible team going into next year and the Falcons never were good. Face it, Atlanta sports is just horrible..

Yeah and i disagreed with that move. In essence i think sport contracts should be no longer than 4 years and 75 million dollars in value (Including incentives and bonuses etc). Then that player should become a Free Agent and if the team wants they can tender a new contract to him. That's me though, i dont like the absurd spending of contracts for people who are complete crap.

If youre relying on Brendan Donnelly as your closer, you better hope the MLB institutes a new rule that all games end in 8 innings. Seriously Donnelly cannot and should NEVER be considered a closer. The Sox have 4 starters. Papelbon is NOT a starter. They should plug him back into the closers role. Dont be surprised if Francona does that somewhere in the first 2-3 weeks in a season. Also dont forget Japanese pitchers have longer days inbetween starts. An average MLB pitcher goes on 4 days of rest until the next start. In japan they go FIVE days between starts (Six man rotations afaik). Don't be surprise if he burns out towards September when they most need him. Overall i do not like the fact that theyre blowing 103 million on someone whos NEVER pitched in the Major Leagues, who's never pitched against MLB hitters, who's never really used to cross country travel (Japan isnt that small i know, but its nothing compared to switching time zones and everything). It's too risky to spend that much on someone whos NOT been proven yet. Japanese stats mean nothing. Japanese players are NOTHING compared to MLB stars. It's a risky move by the Sox, and if Dice-Kay is a total failure, Red Sox Nation, don't come crying to me, because i will say i told you so.

I dont think he deserved it. I think McFadden of Arkansas deserved it, of course im not a big OSU fan and my knowledge is based on SEC play. The SEC was a much tougher conference and look at the numbers McFadden put up. Smith was in a much weaker conference, had a much weaker schedule, thus put up more inflated numbers imo. If i had a vote it would have gone to McFadden, not to Smith.

Same here, except i dont play Razz or Hi/Lo Honestly razz just makes you want to shoot someone after you play a hand.

I HATED the first four movies. They cut so much crap out of the book its just not enjoyable to see it anymore and they changed a bit of it around and bleh, its just not fun to watch.
